スタッフの印象が良い！

スタッフの印象がとても良いホテルでした。 経年からの劣化は多少あるものの清潔で、空港送迎の便利です。また何よりカジノとスパがあるのは、好きな人にとっては最高だと思います。 １つだけ部屋のセキュリティーボックスが壊れていて、意味を成しませんでした。次回までに改善を望みます。

ここの無料シャトルサービス良いです ホテル指定の時間に空港に到着する便で来れば、ぼったくり率の高いフィリピンのタクシーに乗らなくてすみます。 帰りも、時間指定はありますが、空港(全てのターミナル)に送ってくれます。 仮に指定時間をはずれる時でも、事前に連絡しておけば空港に来てくれますし(この場合は500ペソかかります) 朝食も日本食中心となってて、日本人は食べやすいです わ

とてもリーズナブルな価格で、日本語も通じますし、 空港への無料送迎もあって、良いホテルでした。 ただ、上の階からの水漏れがあり、床がビチャビチャでした。 即、修繕した方がいいと思います。

ホテルがリーズナブルで、いつも利用させてもらってますが。隣接するサウナのスタッフ達のやる気の無さ、浴場施設の汚さが気になります。お客が脱衣場に来ても携帯電話ばかりいじって挨拶も無く、バスタオルが少ないのか間に合ってないのかフェイスタオルだけ2枚渡していたり、他のお客様が水をくれと頼んでるのに無視している様子にはがっかりしました。11時オープンにサウナが熱くないのは電源の入れ忘れでしょうか、テレビもついていない。まだまだスタッフの教育が行き届いてないと感じます。マッサージのクオリティやスタッフは申し分ないだけに、浴場側のスタッフのホスピタリティを向上して欲しいものです。浴場のメンテナンスも含め。
