A great stay at a lovely hotel

Room great and the staff were so helpful. Breakfast excellent with good selection of foods. Highly recommended. Lunch and dinner reasonably priced.

Zentrales hotel mit viel Komfort

Zentral gelegen.super Frühstück. Hilfsbereit es Personal. Hotel über den Bahnhof. Züge hört man nicht.dafür teilweise strassenlärm.die etwas teureren zimmer sind sehr gross mit verglasten Balkon.

Good- Staff at front desk, housekeeping, bell staff were all amazingly sweet and helpful Good- Lots of breakfast variety, but could improve with more fruit offerings Good- Breakfast on the patio with views over the city Poor- Spa is way overpriced compared to other places nearby. Tried massage twice, but very soft pressure with two masseuses.

駅ビル立地の大型ホテル

マンダレー駅ビル４階〜に位置するホテル。フロントや部屋はかなりゆったりしている。パーティ会場もあって現地の人達がイベントで集まっていた。レストランやマッサージなど設備は充実しており、私がミャンマー滞在中の３星ホテルの中では良い方だと思う。最大の難点は、夜間の列車の汽笛。駅の真上にホテルがあるので真夜中に何度も汽笛が鳴りその度に目が覚めた。中国人の旅行者も多い。

Positivo: cama amplia y cómoda, habitación muy grande. Baño grande. Buena ubicación. Parte del personal es agradable. Negativo: toallas sucias y ásperas, suelo del wc resbaladizo. No tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos unas chanclas o zapatillas como hacen en todos los hoteles... El personal del desayuno era seco y desagradable. Las ventanas estaba llenas de palomas... Las tuberías del wc hacían ruido, tuvimos que tapar el sumidero. Mandamos ropa sucia a la lavandería y nos la devolvieron igual pero bien dobladita. El hotel está encima de la estación de tren.

Stadthotel was nicht jeder Taxifahrer kennt

Das Hotel ist angeblich 2015 eroeffnet worden. Dafuer macht es jedoch nicht ueberall den frischesten Eindruck. Das Restaurant ist jedoch sehr empfehlenswert und die Zimmer sind ausgesprochen gross . Die Klimaanlage war mir zu kalt, ich habe schlecht geschlafen . Der Preis war allerdings angemessen.

部屋はシンプルですが、水回りも含めて、きちんと掃除されている感じで、特に気になることはありませんでした。 クローゼットが広くて便利でした。 1番良かったのはスタッフさんです。 どのスタッフさんも、みんな親切で、挨拶も欠かさずしてくれますし、色々と細かいことも気づいてくれて、とても気持ちよく滞在が出来ました。 朝食も美味しかったですし、コスパがとてもいいホテルです。

Hotel Marvel was Marvellous

Service is impeccable - felt really well-taken care off from the security arrival right till the reception. Staff were all so willing to help and so friendly! And can I say the breakfast is amazing? The spread is pretty big with lots of authentic local food to try (some even better than we had outside!) Room service food prices are reasonable and tasted good too! The room is so spacious with a view of the city! The only cons will be the random loud train sounds at night which woke me up a few times.

Can't fault the staff but can fault the rooms

Lots of great positives. Great location, right over the Mandalay Railway Station. Service was great. Staff very friendly. Rooms large and beds comfortable. Breakfast is a large spread from eggs cooked to order to cooked dishes and sweets. First night had a comfortable sleep. The negative. Decided to stay a second night so had to change rooms. Room provided had excessive noise from the Karaoke bar 2 floors up. Bar is open til 4am. Was offered alternative room. This was great however got woken early by the loud trains. The disappointing aspect of breakfast was the cooked food was cold.

Ein wirklich tolles Hotel.

Ein wirklich tolles Hotel. Super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück sehr fein. Zimmer sind sauber. Täglich kommt jemand mit einem Insekten mittel uns sprüht in alle Ecken damit man keine ungewollten Mitbewohner hat. Da man direkt im Bahnhof wohnt, hört man natürlich die Züge. Werde das Hotel sicher wieder buchen. Ein spezielles Danke an die Managerin die mit geholfen hat das wir einen Schuster zum reparieren meiner Schuhe finden.

Le personnel est très accueillant, gentil et extrêmement serviable. Les chambres et salle de bain sont propres et confortables. Mauvaise insonorisation des chambres (réveillés en pleine nuit par un groupe de touristes chinois). L'hôtel est situé au dessus de la gare, les environs sont peu agréables. Le petit-déjeuner est très beau et varié.

the staff is excellent. Particularly the front office manager Pa Pa works very hard to make your stay very pleasant.. However, this hotel is located on top of the Mandalay train station . SO make sure you get one of the quietest rooms. I am told that the hotel is working on sound proofing the rooms.

The check in was smooth and easy. They had my reservation ready (in fact a small sign welcoming me with my name. Touched by the personal welcome) and checked me in ASAP. They also had a welcome drink as well. Before, I booked this hotel, I reviewed the comments from previous guests and aware that this hotel is in a noisy location. So I asked them to give me the quietest room possible. I was assured that the room would be very quiet. However, I was jolted out my deep sleep by loud train horn around 5 am. When the Sun light came up I noticed that train tracks are just 20 meters from my window. There is actually a train station and rail road crossing within 50 meters from the hotel. Every train sounds a loud whistle as it passes by the station and road crossing. As I type this I can hear the road noise inside my quietest room. On the positive side, the hotel is much better than a 3 star hotel, very friendly and courteous staff, great big room with lovely bed, excellent break fast. So if you are a sound sleeper this would be the place or bring your noise cancelling head phones or ear phones.

Great location easy for onward travel

The hotel is really central above the railway station so really easy if yo want to get the train anywhere,the room we had was really spacious and clean the team were really helpful and friendly ,breakfast was really good with lot and of choice,the local area had lots of restaurants,overall we really enjoyed the stat Andrew our onward travel to Hsipaw was simple.

I’ll start with the front office: my reservation was lost due to a technical glitch and the staff and specially the lady manager gave one of the best customer services I’ve encountered. She could teach 5 star hotel employees. The rest of the staff including the restaurant were great as well. Nice room and ample common areas. Included breakfast was very good. We had dinner as well and the tea leave salad was outstanding. The only two downsides were some pipe smell in the bathroom and train whistles during the night We’ll be back

Excellent breakfast

From checkin to checkout, not a lot could be faulted. You can access the hotel from inside the Mandalay Central Train Station. Security will help with the lift to the 4th floor. Rooms are 5th and 6th floor. Our delux room was exceptionally tidy with a view away from the incoming trains. Very quiet. The buffet breakfast was exceptional, with staff eager to help. Would definately stay again
