My stay at this BNB was wonderful! Rosy is an excellent host. She’s is extremely knowledgeable and super helpful. She made sure that my stay was all I was looking for it to be. On request she arranged a horseback ride outing and an in-room massage. In the morning she had breakfast ready, which is also tailor made to my dietary needs. The suite was very well lite with a nice size kitchen and well appointed bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable and overall very clean room. The grounds are well kept up. I didn’t go in the pool as the temps were very low. There are horses grazing on the neighboring properties; beautiful natural landscape. Overall it was a relaxing low key weekend spent in nature and tranquility. The BNB is 20 min from the famous Cascate del Mulino thermal baths and the Terme di Saturnia Hot Springs resort. I highly recommend staying at Rosy’s place and plan to do so the next time I’m in Italy.

Although we were only able to stay one day and night, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The farmhouse is surrounded by horses in the pastures and picturesque views in every direction of the Tuscan hills and vineyards.The room was clean and good sized with a large walk-in shower in the updated bathroom. The staff were incredibly accommodating and caring. The breakfast provided was so delicious. We wish our iteneray would have allowed us to stay longer. We highly recommend this property.

Parfait pour se reposer au calme en pleine Toscane

Une location parfaite pour décompresser et visiter cette partie de la Toscane avec ses villages magnifiques (Manciano, Sorano...), sa presqu'ile de Porto Ercole très agréable et bien sur le Jardin des Tarots de Nikki de St Phalle et les eaux thermales de Saturnia aux fameuses cascades du Moulin. Il faut obligatoirement disposer d'un véhicule pour rayonner tout autour et accéder à la propriété nichée en pleine nature. La location dispose de tout le confort nécessaire, Rosy et Devid sont charmants et très disponibles, mention spéciale à Barbie, Birba et Elegante (poney, chèvre et cheval du cru qui adorent les carottes). Un excellent rapport qualité-prix !

Un casale molto bello nella maremma toscana. Accoglienza molto buona e massima disponibilità nell'accontentare le varie richieste. Unica nota negativa la colazione, credo che forse sia meglio non offrire questo servizio piuttosto che darlo in maniera così approssimativa. Ad esempio si potrebbero portare le cose della colazione confezionate singolarmente visto che non sono prodotti fatti in casa.

E' stata una piacevole sorpresa: Rosy è stata gentilissima e disponibilissima. La location è magnifica e ci ha permesso di raggiungere tutte le cascate del Molino di Saturnia e Pitigliano ed anche riposare piacevolmente in piscina. Ci dispiace solo di non aver prenotato per tempo la passeggiata a cavallo.

Relax on Tuscany hills

We stayed only one night year since this was part of a road trip, but it was definitely worth it! The room was large and we could get a good night of sleep. In the morning we woke up with an incredible view, dived in the swimming pool and catched some sun. Then we were completely refreshed and ready to continue our adventure! The place is a bit isolated, i would keep it in mind if your intention is to move every day to go visit different places.

Très bel hôtel, très relaxant. Le cadre est magnifique. La chambre était propre et spacieuse. La vue depuis la terrasse ou la piscine est splendide. L’accès est un peu difficile, le chemin est fait de terre et de cailloux. Pas de reception, il faut appeler l’hote et attendre que quelqu’un arrive sur le lieu pour nous donner notre chambre.

Location incantevole, personale molto cortese, camera molto bella,spaziosa e pulita, la strada sterrata per arrivare, tanto criticata in altre recensioni, secondo me e percorribile con facilita da qualsiasi mezzo. Non ci sono ristoranti vicino, tenere in conto che per andare a cena bisogna spostarsi in auto.

Sono stata in questa struttura pochi giorni fa con il mio ragazzo. Tutto bene dall'accoglienza, alla pulizia, ai servizi e la colazione. L'unica cosa che migliorerei è la strada che porta alla struttura centrale in pessime condizioni tanto che uno corre il rischio di far fuori gli ammortizzatori o una ruota. Per il resto lo consiglio vivamente a chi ha voglia di staccare la spina.

Absolute bliss! Property is on a farm, woke up to the most beautiful sunrise and slept after watch the gorgeous sunset. The staff was very helpful. Everything was very clean, besides the shower floor. It was such a nice relaxing time here compared to being in Rome and everywhere else. 25 mins away to Saturnia baths. Hope to be back again!
