The staff was wonderful and it was a convenient location to Bonnaroo and allowed pets. Yes, the rooms could have been cleaned better but it was nothing some Clorox wipes couldn’t take care of. I plan on coming back next year!

Pretty good stay

Overall, the spring was pretty good, and the customer service was great. The only problem was the bath tub was not so clean. It had bar soap stuck to the tub.

Liked the price but rooms were in need of serious repair /remodeling. Large hole in bathroom ceiling , tub old and not very well cleaned. Toilet stopped up. Staff very nice as well as med.

Was clean the beds were made we didn't find any problems The outside was dated and look like it was run down but the inside was really nice The room was a little dark could have used a couple more lamps brighter walls we had a non-smoking room the room did have a mild smell of smoke but after telling the front desk they told us that they would air it out so they were willing to take care of it. Overall we would stay there again.

Was given the wrong room key for one room key didn't work in the next room. No coffee or pot to make any. If you're looking for a place to stay really long and have pet's this is It.

Property is unsanitary and obvious that folks live there or rent to use drugs :( Not a safe place to stay especially when traveling alone. I was worried about leaving my bag in the room , seemed easy to break in, or worse I wasn’t confident there weren't creepy crawlies. Smelled like smoke and urine, broken toilet, stains and graffiti carved into a door.

The rooms are quiet. The hotel location is amazing. The girl at the front desk is delightful. BUT seriously guys. CLEAN THE ROOMS. The room despite being non smoking stunk of weed. Air it out ? Bugs everywhere. One crawled on me as I slept. Killed it… see photo… many cockroaches. Cigarette butts in the floor, dirty tissues on the floor. Stains and dirt everywhere. HOW is this possible. You have cleaning staff… all you have to do is clean. I left at 2am and slept in my truck. The roof was quiet… but breathing is optional. Sadly hotels won’t allow for refunds ….

Not worth the savings

Friendly staff. Rundown and dirty property. Positives…sheets clean, no bed bugs, in room temperature was good. Negatives…absolutely filthy (hair on shower walls and toilet - multiple shades and lengths, mold on phone, walls and floor, dead roaches on the floor, mirror was smeared dirty on top third, towel racks had rust and buildup). First room we were offered half the lights didn't work and was equally dirty. Staff swapped out the first room quickly without complaint. We settled on the second room because we just tired, but told the housekeeper.

The stay was decent for a cheap motel and in a convenient location. People played loud music in their vehicles all hours of the night. Our stay was three days. Not once did house keeping come to do a tidy-up. The floors weren’t swept, even after asking a direct house keeper on the second day. She said she would come back, never did. We had a double bed room, 4 people. They only supplied enough towels for two people. On the second day, house keeping took all of the dirty towels and never brought new ones. We called around 6pm to tell them we needed towels! No coffee maker, the trash wasn’t emptied daily. The hotel was decent but the customer service regarding cleanliness was poor! The front desk was polite. The website says there is breakfast, but the breakfast area is closed down as a storage room. I asked the desk clerk and she said it’s been closed since Covid. In my opinion, this should be removed from the website.
