Small rooms and bed was comfy, the carpets could do with a deep clean or even removing completely; given that it is a pet-friendly hotel, I’d suggest the latter.
Besides that, the hotel is comfortable and well located. Cheap and cheerful and dog-friendly.
Room was clean and had what We needed check in over complicated but staff nice. Location great for what We needed. Breakfast menu was limited and only luke warm on first day.
Easy and friendly check-in, nice room, good location

It was a quiet and comfortable bed for the night after a long day and travel. Very basic and clean (if you discount the pair of trousers left between the beds by a former guest).
Excellent proximity to Manchester convention centre, China Town, theatre and oxford Road rail station etc.
Good clean comfortable bed.
Pity no provision of simple tea making facility in the bedroom.
Breakfast is less than basic for the breakfast price paid.
One receptionist being difficult, refused to print receipt when not booked through hotel directly.
But another reception at other time happily attended the request.
Lovely and clean place, and the staff are polite.
For me was 1 slight issue, needing to book in online, via phone, when i was already at the reception desk.

A good price, friendly and helpful staff. There was also live music in the bar Friday night with comfortable surroundings/seating. However, no kettle for tea/coffee in room and limited options for breakfast.

Cleaning in the rooms was only surface-level.
The chair in the room has a previous guest's spillage. The curtains were dirty, and the bed sheet had holes in it.
The location was ideal.
Family room has separate toilet and bathrooms as well as a fridge. Ideal

Good location, spacious ckean modern room. Helpful staff on check in. Unfortunately i stopped in room 111 house 1, the window wouldnt close securley. Large window was left open when i arrived in my designated room. I reported to the check in desk. No sleep from the outside noise and also fire alarm going off at 3am.
Will definitely stay again. Great location, room was spacious and clean, and talk about affordable!! I highly recommend this hotel. My only issue was the bed was slightly uncomfortable and pillows are flat. Still giving my stay 5 stars though!

For the price, it’s excellent and central to town. Room very clean. Only slight reservation was breakfast which wasn’t brilliant. But other than that it’s great.
Room are new and clean, Staff are nice and helpful, but no cups and glasses in the room are not convenient for brushing teeth.

Hotel wasnt too bad. Good location. Bar area is pleasnt. Checking in was slow and long winded needed id and had to fill in details online again dispite filling details to book online intially.
Had alot easier and smoother checks in at better hotels
Bathroom smelt of bad drains when you run water. Going into the bathroom was like entering a toilet cubicle on a train
Bed was not the best pillows were terrible. Had a uncomfortable sleep ended up leaving in the early hours to go home as we couldnt sleep and our neck was killing . Even with an extra pillow.
Wouldnt return.

When checking in, I was told I had been allocated a room in the adjoining building, which as someone who had just had spinal surgery, the extra walking didn’t suit me at all. After they found me a room in the main building, I discovered it had an extra 2 beds in it, which left not a lot of room space.
No tea or coffee making facilities in the room and I had to go down to the bar to get a coffee to take back to my room.
Not good !
Bed was comfortable enough and tv worked.
Best thing if the stay was the shower, it was outstanding.
Don’t think I would stay there again 🤔
Staff were very helpful and friendly. My friend and I booked a twin room which was a very good price. Overall it was clean but there was no plug in the sink and no mattress protector on the beds. The room has a safe and a small fridge, but the biggest disappointment was the absence of a kettle and tea/coffee facilities. Maybe this is a generation thing, but it has put us of returning. We had a drink in the bar which was very nice and reasonably priced. I suppose you get what you pay for.

On arrival there was 3 members of staff on reception and I was told to use a QR code to check in. Sent to a room that hadn't been serviced and had dirty sheets on the bed and towels on the floor. The next room has stains on the bedsheets, a used cotton bud in the bathroom and receipts left on the floor from the previous occupant. I would have given the stay 1 star but the breakfast was fairly nice (though basic). This is no longer a hotel and the reviews I think are from previous management company. Now a hostel so basic facilities (no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms).
