Otel'e girdiğimiz andan beri sıkıntılar yaşadık; otelin resimlerine dayanarak oda tuttuk, bizi otele alakasiz bir yer gösterdiler, affedersiniz tavuk kümesi gibi bir yer. Sebebi ise eko oda olarak gözükmesi, ama sorun şu, biz eko oda tutmadik, yani biraz daha geniş "standart" bir oda için artı para ödedik. Internetten standart oda fiyatlarina bakildiğinda ve benim verdiğim fiyat birebir ayni, ama yinede ek para alindi. Onu geçtik, temizlikçi personel odayı temizlemiyor, sadece temiz çarşaf getirip havluyu bile birkeresinde koymadi, gözüken yerleri bir paspaslıyor, duş aynı şekilde durdu 4 gün boyunca. Yemeklere gelince, hergün nerdeyse ayni yemekler çıkıyor, yemekhane de çok pis sivri koku oluşuyor buda günde 3 defa yemekhane kullanıldığı için birde sıcaktan yeteri kadar havalanmadığından kaynaklanıyor, yani ikinci günden sonra artık insan orda yemek yemeğe tiksiniyor, biz artı para verip otelin "A la Carte" restorantinda akşam yemeği yedik son 2 gün. Pool barın bardakları alkool kokuyor, buda cam bardak değilde plastik bardaklarda sunulma nedeninden. Pozitif olan yönler : Animatörler, bar personnelerin, havuz görevlilerin, resepsyondaki görevlilerin iyimser, güler yüzlü, efendi olmaları. Özelikle Mert bey (pool bar), Diana (esmer olan), A la Carte restoranin mutfak şefi, otelin müdürü Islam bey'e teşekkür ediyoruz ilgileri için. Her akşam, animasyon veya bir aktivitenin olmasi ayrica bir pozitiflik kazandiriyor. Havuzlar temiz, havlular temiz olmasi

Aldigim fiyata gore iyi otel. Aksam yemege yetisemedim. Kahvalti lezzetsiz. Temizlik olarak lamba ışık anahtarlarinda pislik vardı gozle görünen tiksindm... bez terlik yok dediler o da cok ilginc. Personel çok iyi çok ilgili. Nasil yardımcı oluruz diye koşuşturuyorlar sağolsunlar

ich habe mir vom hotel mehr erwartet.

schon die Anfahrt gestaltete sich schwieriger als notwendig. Die Übersichtshinweisschilder für alle Hotels in Side sind nicht abgestimmt und teilweise weisen sie in die falsche Richtung. Der Empfang war mittelmäßig. Besonders störten die kurzen Essenszeiträume, die Öffnungszeiten des Fitness Center und die fehlende Bestückung der Minibar. Ein Hinweis auf das fehlende Wasser in der Minibar wurde mit der Frage, ob ich schon alles ausgetrunken hätte (2 min nach der Ankunft) gekontert. In Wirklichkeit hat das Personal einfach nicht nachgefüllt. Beim Frühstück die nächste Enttäuschung, trotz allinclusive war der frische Fruchtsaft extra zu bezahlen.
