Receptionen var alt for dårlig og uprofessionelle. De har intet styr på hotellets gæster og registrering af ind og udtjekninger. Mange gæster fra hotellet var utilfreds med personale og Receptionen. Poolen og maden var godt.

L’établissement est très beau, la chambre très spacieuse et propre rien à dire à ce niveau, mais en ce qui concerne les repas en un seul mot catastrophe, pas bon , froid, pas de goût…

Man merkt leider das es das Hotel noch nicht so lange gibt. 1. keine Abkühlung im Pool das Wasser ist sehr sehr warm 2. viel zu wenig plätze für so viele Gäste man hatte fast nie platz 3. bei dem Baby Pool gab es keinen schatten platz, dort sollte man sich überlegen ob man so ein Zelttuch montieren würde 4. kein Bademeister am Pool oder Strand nur bei den rutschen 5. Essen war immer sehr kalt statt warm dafür war Dessert immer sehr Warm Ansonsten war es ganz ok.

Modernes Hotel aber unbefriedigende Verpflegung

Das Frühstück ist ok die Auswahl am Buffet ist gross. Das Mittagessen ist was warme Speisen angeht recht dürftig und manche Speisen sind nur lauwarm oder kalt in der Bain Marie. Das Abendessen ist ebenfalls nicht gut genug. Lediglich Speisen in der Sektion Grill sind heiss. Beilagen sind an anderer Stelle des Bufetts oft nur lauwarm oder kalt. Auswahl von Fleisch ist meist nur Gefluegel. Ein Lichtblick sind Torten und Kuchen als Dessert. Obst gab es nur Orangen und Apfel. Weine im Angebot sind nicht geniessbar.
