Our first time to Turkey & all inclusive. Lovely hotel & my 2 teenagers really enjoyed it. Beautiful clean hotel, food was good in the buffet restaurant with plenty of choice, with a very good vegan section. Would definitely return to this hotel

Very unstable wi-fi. The room was large but was in a building far from the facilities. Very worn and old. Been to Pegasos World three times and it is great but it is starting to get very worn.

The hotel location is very good. The beach is sand. Rooms are OK for the families. Animation team is perfect every day live music and a show in the hotel. Also disco is at the beach so there’s no music in your room. For a very nice soups are very good. You can take your Coke spite and the others by yourself we like it. Another thing is a car park. It’s very big. The hotel is very good for the families. Thank you.

Nice stay for a family with kids

Good hotel with big sweaming pool pools and awsome aquapark. The kitchen and beverages are nice. Standard rooms could be bigger, and the pool disco sound is way too loud for spectators.

Second time to the resort, great for the kids (5 and 7). Multiple pools and slides, height restrictions on some. Kids club every day apart from Sundays. All inclusive has food available most of the time with themed nights in the main buffet area and lots of choice, does get a bit repetitive after a few days. Staff always available and helpful. Rooms are starting to get a bit tired but are ok, daily clean, towel replacement and beds made.

lobby large, comfortable -although i booked a family room with sea view, there are no sea view rooms in hotel room air conditioner -elevators are insufficient. shower heads are faulty. buildings are old. wardrobe and hangers are useless. beds are uncomfortable. room cleaning 1 in 2 days. many mosquitoes bar n/a -depressing and dull. can’t see the pool and the outside. concerts, dances and entertainment are aimed for foreigners and are of poor quality drink n/a -all alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks are of poor quality and diluted food morning mince pie -bad. potatoes, pasta, chicken, noodles, pizza and onion rings etc. base for every meal. cakes, desserts and the oils they use are of poor quality landscape n/a -complicated and convoluted beach long and wide beach is clean, tidy and quiet. by far the best of Titreyengöl -sunbeds are plastic but the cushions they put on them are sufficient sea clean -during 10 days of my stay, i didn’t see a day without waves, wind and swell pool pools allocated for adults, children, babies and slides are sufficient -disinfection is insufficient alacarte n/a -cat hair on the chairs. food arrived 1 hour later and wrong. kebab and pistachio baklava were very bad quality disco n/a -insufficient internet, safelock and doc are paid. Turkish coffee is made only in a single bar. hotel’s para boats are very close to the shore and pass quickly, dangerous for swimmers and poses a wave problem. disgusting music they play at full volume.

We traveled with a 4 year old. It is a great hotel with kids, lots of things to do, slides kids pool. The pool and the beach area are beautiful however the rooms and the buildings are run down. The outdoor toilets are awful! Food is great, staff could be nicer. What is kimd of ridiculous that we had to pay for ice cream next to the pool. Its an all inclusive hotel, its the least that ice cream is included!!!! Overall we had a nice stay the beach is beautiful sandy :)

We had a great experience here. Staff was always helpful. The rooms were clean. Wish there was more than just liquid soap for the shower. The grounds were easy to navigate. Good activities. Nice pool for families and excellent water slides. Nice beach area. plenty of loungers. The shops were expensive compared to off-site.

Pegasos World

It is our second time here and we love it. The big downside is the shop by the pool, there are no prices on anything and the man behind the till just charges what he feels like and is very expensive. Pegasos World either need to tell the shop owner to price everything with reasonable prices or get rid of him and his shop and get someone else in before they get too many negative reviews. Anyone going should take pool inflatables etc as they are a rip off. Apart from shop it's a great resort. The shop is letting it down.

Very basic low level All-inclusive

Basic 3-star All-inclusive. Horribly busy. Uncomfortable beds, no service in the room: no shampoo, no vanity kit, barely change of towels, very bad smell in toilet, room full of mosquitoes, & spider. Basic cheap drinks. Bad taste powder coffee & tea bags. They ask money for everything, even a descent coffee or orange juice. We paid too expensive for such a stay, there are much nicer hotels close by for better quality. I will not choose again.

Never again at this hotel, because of: Getting fired from dining table when dining time is over; Cheaper and worst drinks on the market; WiFi isn't working, even if it is extra paid for; Products ending service before the end of service time so their answer is same everyday like SORRY CAKES OVER; No responsibility if the transportatin lates a few hours I made a reservation misled the hotel's beautiful pictures on the internet but have not satisfied the hotel's services and staff.

Das Zimmer in dem wir untergebracht waren entsprach nicht den Vorzeigebildern des Hotels. Diverse Teile im Zimmer waren notdürftig repariert oder hingen bzw. Fielen von der wand ab. Das Zimmer war dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Die inbegriffenen Cocktails haben jedesmal anders geschmeckt und waren oft nicht genießbar, zudem war das personal an den Bars eher unfreundlich und oft nicht wirklich auf zack. Poolanlage und Strandbereich waren sehr schön.

İlk Girişte kayıttan sonra odaya kadar golf aracı ile hem bizi hem valiz lerimizi getirdiler. Konaklama yemekler havuz aqua park günlük etkinlikler sahil kesimi gecesi gündüzü ile dop dolu bir tatil oldu bizim için. Bütün herşey bizler için hazırlanmış ve dizayn edilmişti sanki. Anlatmak yetmez gidip görmenizi tavsiye ederim. Alanı çok büyük biz 5-6 gün kaldık her yerine ayak basamadık bile. Tek yaşadığım olumsuzluk odalara su servisi var telefon ile arayınca getiriyorlar, gece suyumuz bitmişti aradım su geldi, 2 adet lise su geldi fakat bi tanesi açıktı. Geri kalan her şey mükemmeldi kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Olumsuzlar : Deniz sorgun bölgesi plaj kum, hemen derinleşiyor önce taşlı sonra kumlu. Otel ile deniz arası bahçe ve kumları aşmalısın. Çocuklara uygun sığ plaj beklemeyin, su berrak değil kum bulanıuor. Odalar çok ses geçiriyor, hele banyo tavandan birleşik galiba birebir ses geçiyor. Havlularımız temiz değil gibiydi yenisini istedik kat görevlileri hemen değiştirdi. Odalarda sineklik mutlaka olmalı ama yok. Sinekkovar da fayda etmedi. Balkonduz oda çamaşır kurutacak yer yok dikkat edin. Klima merkezi, gece kapattılar ama zaten klima açmazdık serinlik vardı. Sabah erken şezlong kapmalısınız, şezlong savaşları..Ücretsiz dondurma için 300 mt yürümelisin ama ücretli olan havuzun dibinde :) Asia alacarte malesef başarısız. hazır suşi, lezzetsiz et ve tavuk, donrurulmuş balık.. Olumlular: Havuz ve bahçe aşırı büyük. Kaydıraklar güzel sürekli açık. Kahvaltı ve yemek çeşidi iyi sürekli tandır kebap çıktı, herşey lezzetli, tatlılar ve snack iyi, içecekler yeterli, elemanlar acemi olsa da yardımsever. Harika resepsiyon ekibi tüm sorunlarımızı çözdüler. Emreye sevgiler.
