me arrependi de ter ficado hospedado no Tropical.

Eu conheci o Hotel Tropical na decada de 80 e,era um excelente . Ao retornar na semana passada,tive uma grande decepcao por ver o estado depreciativo do hotel,como uma pessoa que envelheceu sem nenhum quidado. Acho que o hotel precisa urgente de uma remodelacao para omesmo voltar a ser o hotel que era nos anos 80.

Bem na chegada ja foi um pouco demorado o check in, ate compreensivel porque era dia de festa, porem, seria evitado se tivessem mais funcionarios, mas pra mim a pior situacao foi no bar da piscina, primeiro nao tinha nenhum atendente que te atendesse na mesa nos obrigando ir ate o bar e enfrentar uma fila desagradavel, em seguida, solicitei uma champagne, disseram que nao tinha , ai eu insisti que eles mandassem vir do hotel, foi entao que veio um funcionario com a champagne na mao, gente... e o balde de gelo?????, a 240 reais pelo menos um servico digno merecemos... e foram tres... enfim este hotel ja foi bem melhor e agora vejo que perdeu um pouco seu glamour, os reponsaveis do hotel deveriam frequentar mais hoteis fora, so em chegar na regiao sudeste ja muda e nao falo nem exterior pois ai sim a diferenca se torna absurda. Hotel bacana de um modo geral. Amplo espaço, estilo antigo, no entanto está meio que largado às traças. Área da piscina é boa no entanto o espaço fitness está abandonado, com coisas quebradas e sem o suporte necessário. O apartamento em si estava ótimo, pegamos um novo, e o café da manhã também foi excelente.

Decadência do Tropical Manaus

Fiquei decepcionada com a sujeira do banheiro. Vaso sanitário encardido, "cílios postiços" (sim, isso mesmo...) de uma anterior hóspede grudados no espelho (espelho não merece atenção na hora da limpeza??). Nem vou entrar nos detalhes do estado deplorável em que se encontram os móveis (quebrados, sem puxadores, realmente abandonados), luminárias (só no meu quarto, três estragadas e sem lâmpadas). A guarda-vidas responsável pela piscina, na manhã do dia 05 de janeiro (minha única chance de aproveitar a piscina) não compareceu ao trabalho. Por conta disso, faltou música ambiente nas caixas de som das piscinas, toalhas, "espaguetes". A roupa de cama tinha ainda cheiro de perfume masculino. E tinha pelos.... Como isso??? Enfim, saí triste dessa estadia....

2° quanto que eu fui passei de JUNIOR pg $200,00 a mais. A um quarto NOBRE muito bom mas o ar não funcionou fiz uma reclamação e de repente estou eu com minha esposa tranquilo entra um técnico sem bater a porta para verificar o ar tem cabimento isso bom depois retornaram em 3 fizeram uma bagusa no quarto foi água para todo lado onde era para ficar eu e minha esposa comemorando 38 anos de casado ficou um martírio solicitei então um outro quarto fica só imaginando colocaram eu em um muito inferior me dizendo que era NOBRE n•1302 um cheiro de MOFO que fiquei com a minha Marina trancada imagina tenho 60 anos 4 ponte safena e um MARCAPASSO passando por tudo isso quase eu tive outro infarto me desculpa fique muito decepcionante um valor de $475,00 1 noite com todo este transtorno em um HOTEL TROPICAL não tenho coragem de indicar a nem um inimigo imagina para um amigo mas assim mesmo OBRIGADO POR FAZER UM DIA ESPECIAL PARA MIM E MINHA ESPOSA NUM PÉSSIMO FIQUEM COM DEUS

Great Place to Flop

Manaus is not a thriving metropolis with great sites to visit. For us, it was the staging area for our cruise on the river. Therefore, I regret I did not select GoInn when we arrived. GoInn is the perfect place to flop coming and going. I was able to print out my boarding passes with help from the front desk. The air con was perfect. The restaurant food is not all that great. But I recommend this place for anyone going to Manaus to do something other than visit the city.

We had a great stay. The rooms are nice and clean. This historic hotel is a must for everybody visiting Manaus. The pool is nice and the food is great. The mini zoo is interesting, although the habitats for the animals are sad (small bare cages). Do not go to the hotel gift shop, you will find everything 10 times cheaper at the Mercado Adolfo Lisboa.

Tive uma péssima experiência neste hotel. Fiz a reserva antes de chegar no hotel, pois só iria passar o dia e viajaria a noite. Solicitei para entrar antes das 14hs porque estava com duas crianças e me cobraram R$ 100,00, mesmo eu pagando uma diária cheia para ficar menos do que 24horas. Eu estava com duas crianças, carrinho de bebê e várias malas, e nos colocaram em um quarto super distante e ainda assim tivemos que descer com tudo de escada, pois os elevadores estavam quebrados. Fora que o quarto estava com varias infiltrações e a cama quebrada. A equipe da recepção não teve o mínimo de consideração com a situação. Pior experiência neste hotel.
