Hotel cancela reserva sem te informar - cuidado!

Estadia??!?!? O Hotel simplesmente disse que a minha reserva havia sido cancelada! Não me disse quem cancelou e nem o motivo. Eu cheguei ao hotel as 2:30 da manhã, e fui surpreendido com o cancelamento. Na tarde daquele dia eu liguei confirmando, mas mesmo assim a reserva foi cancelada sem nenhuma cerimônia. Quando fiz a reserva a diária estava R$ 73,00 no dia estava R$ 103,00 (perguntei para um colega que teve que ingressar na equipe). Eu acho que eles deram a minha vaga (e de outra colega de trabalho) para outras pessoas. Ele nem indicaram outro hotel perto nem nada. Simplesmente apagaram as luzes e fecharam a cortina e nos deixaram lá na rua, 2:30 da madrugada sem ter para onde ir. Felizmente fiz nova busca e encontrei o Hotel Manauense, liguei pra eles e o atendente mandou a localização do hotel pelo telefone, andei mais uns 15 minutos, mas pelo menos conseguimos hospedagem. Quer atenção, vá para o Hotel Manauense, fica perto dele: limpo, silencioso, arejado. No final acredito que foi muuuuuuito melhor assim. Não confiem nesse Hotel Lagoa!

Patrons sympas et très serviables

Bon rapport qualité/prix. Le petit déjeuner est compris et diversifié. Les patrons sont très sympas et prêts à rendre service. L'hôtel est loin du centre mais il y a des bus à proximité.

Excelente atendimento. O Ar condicionado do meu quarto (Nr 9) não estava gelando, acredito que necessite de um aparelho maior, pois é um quarto grande para um Ar de 7500/9000 Btus. Os funcionários são bastantes gentis, educados e atenciosos. Limpeza 100%. Café da manhã experacular. Tinha até tapioca feita na hora. Recomendo.

Os donos e funcionários são muito educados, atenciosos, prestativos e bem informados. O hotel é bem localizado, próximo de super mercados, parada de ônibus, restaurantes e shoppings. O ambiente do hotel é super agradável, o café da manhã é excelente, sem falar do serviço de limpeza que é impecável. Eu e minha esposa gostamos muito e voltaremos com certeza.

Bom atendimento

O hotel é bem pequeno, apenas 10 quartos, está localizado bem na Avenida, mas o barulho nos quartos não chega a atrapalhar o sono. O atendimento do hotel foi bom, o café da manhã é simples mas bem gostoso, pelo porte do hotel até que superou minhas expectativas. Escolhemos este hotel pela proximidade ao Auditório Canaã que sediou uma Conferência na qual participamos durante o final de semana. Ótimo atendimento do funcionário Alex, e da proprietária dona Regina.

Incredible owners

This was the best hotel stay I have ever experienced. The hotel itself was VERY nice. Room was big and clean and comfortable. Wifi was good. Bathroom was impeccable. The free breakfast was awesome, lots of fruit, bread with meat and cheese, fresh juice, coffee, cake. But what really set this hotel apart was the customer service. It is run by a couple and their son who only speak Portuguese and Spanish. We only speak English and a tiny bit of broken Spanish. They ensured we had everything we wanted for breakfast, even offered to cook us eggs if we wanted. When we were checking out, we had about 5 hours until our flight. We planned on taking a taxi to the city center, walking around with our luggage, and then taking a taxi to the airport. But taxis only take cash, and we only had credit cards. Although the language barrier made it EXTREMELY inconvenient, they helped us figure out a new plan that included them driving us in their personal car to the city center (we paid less than a taxi would charge using our credit card) and they called to set up an airport pickup bus service for us from a specific hotel in the center. They were EXTRAORDINARILY pleasant people who went so far out of their way to help us out even though we only stayed with them one night and we spoke different languages. They even hugged us goodbye lol If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I would. It was a great experience, and if I ever make it back to Manaus, I can guarantee they will again get my business.

Muito bom! Com certeza eu voltaria!

O Hotel Lagoa foi uma excelente escolha! Além de tudo no hotel ser muito limpo, confortável, organizado e silencioso, os donos são acessíveis e muito gentis. Eles sempre nos ajudaram com o que foi necessário, desde traslado até passeios e ajuda com transporte. O hotel fica na frente do Makro, em frente tem ponto de ônibus, fica próximo a UFAM e ao INPA Ele fica a uns 20 minutos do centro, de ônibus ou táxi. Recomendo e ficaria novamente neste hotel, sendo a lazer ou a negócios.

Desde el primer dia de llegada un trato personalizado por los dueños del hotel que son excelentes personas y muy buenos anfitriones, mis expectativas fueron superadas ya que la relación costo beneficio yo esperaba menos y realmente se recibe mas queda a 15 min del centro de la ciudad en carro facial acceso ya que esta en una vía principal hay varios shoping cerca la limpieza del hotel buena es confortable muy familiar seguridad única el desayuno muy a gusto para comenzar el día el personal muy jovial de verdad te sientes como en casa
