"It was highly inconvenient and the manager is highly disrespectful.They took the whole money before hand and we did not even stay there for the whole trip and checked out a day earlier and they didn’t refund a penny.. food was disgusting.. toilets clogged and food leaking .. highly unhygienic and stinky place .. I came all the way from Canada and I highly regret my decision. No courtesy ."

"Highland Park is a hotel that has definitely seen better days. The views from the hotel are fantastic, with the river Beas flowing right next to the hotel. What lets the hotel down is the lack of maintenance and housekeeping standards, which leave a lot to be desired.
