I really enjoyed my 5 nights here. The staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location is close enough to the tourist areas, but also just far enough to feel like you aren’t in the middle of it. The breakfast was very delicious.

The room was in as good a condition as possible for an older place. It was clean. The AC was cold. No one knew how to help with the ‘smart tv” and Spanish only instructions. The gardens and grounds were well maintained and beautiful. The female manager was genuine and amazingly helpful. There was no shampoo, conditioner or lotion in the room. AND no room service or food availability on site. Having said that, the front desk staff arranged for someone from a local restaurant to bring a menu and then returning with a truly amazing, inexpensive meal.

Great place to rest or stay and explore Granada. I was only there for two days as stop before my flight but it provided everything I needed. There is a restaurant next door which is really good and they have a private parking lot which was very convenient

This was a wonderful place. I kept booking additional stays until they were sold out. Loved the pool and staff were friendly. Great place for Spanish immersion! I did book at a different place to sleep the last two night but that was because of a surprise fumigation. That’s apparently mandate by the authorities. The situation allowed me to escape Granada to discover the natural Laguna de Apoyo. A pristine natural lake in a nature reserve. Loved having two places and came back to take hot showers at La Pasada Del Sol. Did not need the pool since the Laguna is heated by volcano vents providing the lake a mineral content that apparently has healing properties. Walking up at the Laguna Beach Club was magical seeing the sun rise reflecting on the water as it rose. It was nice to leave when the Club opened and the loud crowds came in. I will try to return to both with dual bookings, that worked out quite well.

The property was nice, considering it’s a 3 star hotel. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was good! Pretty hotel, not very luxurious, but to be expected. The area was really not great though, not safe at all.

Very happy with our stay at La Posada Del Sol.

We stayed two nights and were very happy with the experience, a great value for the price. La Posada is well located 3 blocks from the main square and the restaurants. The rooms were basic but clean and we enjoyed a dip in the pool after a walk around sunny Granada. All in all a good choice on this price range, oh yeah and they are pet friendly.
