Welcome to our updated 3 BR/2 BA lakefront home on 1.3 acres in Brier Creek - perfect for your family getaway! This property can be used year round! In the summer enjoy all the lake has to offer boating, fishing, swimming, water sports, or just floating the day away off the dock. The state park is less than 1mile away with a boat ramp, beach/play area, and miles of hiking/biking trails. If you want to enjoy some activities off of the water, Mammoth Cave National Park is about 38 minutes away, and the area has golf courses and horseback riding.

In fall and winter take in the beautiful colors while the leaves change and cozy up to a wood burning fireplace.

The open concept living space includes a beautiful modern kitchen with a large island, ideal for a quick snack or lunch before getting back out on the lake. The kitchen opens to spacious family room with a stone fireplace and large sectional made for watching movies with the family after a long day in your own giant cove. It really feels like being on the big water without all of the traffic.

The 10 x 26ft sunroom with floor to ceiling windows facing the lake is its own oasis. It has a custom dining table that seats 10 so your whole clan can sit down for a meal together. The sunroom sectional is the perfect place to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine looking over the serenity of the lake in what feels like your own adult treehouse. There is also a 20 x 25 foot covered porch perfect for dining alfresco and a deck off the front door for drying all of your lake gear.

When you are fully relaxed and ready to turn in, choose from a king bedroom, queen bedroom, or bunk room with 4 XL twin beds.

Great half way stop for Ohio and SC family!

We absolutely loved our stay here. We had two couples and four cousins, so the rooms and beds layout were perfect for us. I received multiple compliments over the four nights from family that this was a perfect choice. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner there each night.

Nice getaway with room to stretch out

My family of 4 stayed for our spring break week. We enjoyed the water, the dock, the boats, and the quiet. It is quite a distance to drive to any services, so we were well-stocked, but still drove a lot, visiting Mammoth Cave and Bowling Green. We also waited out 7 inches of rain over the last two days, but we were still comfortable and able to spread out enough to tolerate the time spent mostly inside. Covered outside space was especially appreciated during the storms.

Beautiful place

Absolutely loved the house on Lake Nolin. Plenty of room for my whole family. Cleaning service was superb. Views of the lake were stunning. 114 steps were a challenge with little ones but we got used to it. Thank you to the owners, we really enjoyed ourselves.

Great place for family to meet. It was rainy while we were there so enjoyed the covered porches and glassed in sunroom. We booked late, mix-up with cleaning, but it was taken care of immediately. Great response from the owner.

We had a great time. Cabin had everything we needed. We noticed right away how clean everything was. It was decorated very cute and we loved the four seasons room. Enjoyed the beautiful lake views and had a fun time exploring Mammoth caves. We also did the waterfall hike at the state park just down the road.

Lake Cabin

Had an amazing visit with the family. We spent a long weekend with 3 kids under 10, and they loved the board games, toys, and bonfire pit. We are looking forward to visiting again in the summer when it’s warm enough to go in the lake. The place was clean, organized, comfortable beds, and just well done!

Beautiful Lake

We spent the week visiting mammoth cave national park and swimming off the dock. The house was very clean upon arrival. Check in was seamless and the only issue we had was addressed the same day. The lake is beautiful and our kids enjoyed all the toys left in the garage and swimming off the dock.

We loved the sunroom! Every morning we’d have our coffee there. You could watch the sunrise, watch the water and see all the various birds without being seen by anyone else. The home was very clean and well stocked. Overall, a great experience!

Wonderful place for families! The kids enjoyed swimming/fishing off the dock, s’mores by the campfire and watching the raccoons scavenge around after dark. The home was clean and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The only recommendation would be to replace the frying pans, they were worn and hard to cook in. Overall wonderful place!

Perfect Lakeside Getaway

This accommodation was perfect for us with 4 adults and 3 kids. The home was very clean, comfortable, and has a beautiful view from the temperature-controlled sun room. All the appliances and utensils available in the kitchen were a nice touch. The kids loved the bunk bed room. The dock was great for both fishing and jumping off of. The lake was super warm and inviting since it was a warm August week. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to return again in the future.

Cave for Mammoth Cave fell in love with the lake

Excellent location right on the lake. Lake was surprisingly quiet, and we enjoyed swimming, paddle boarding, and fishing right from the houses dock. Visits to Mammoth Cave were also a highlight. House fit our family great, and full windowed dining room gave great views and space for the family. Had one snag upon check in, but property owner went above and beyond to solve quickly over the holiday weekend. Would recommend.

Loved the fireplace and view

Overall, our stay was amazing. Beds were comfortable and the fireplace made it extremely cozy. Appreciated that everything for a fire was available, inside and outside. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked and water was tasty. We struggled with the bathrooms. No counter space. The water pressure and temperature need improvement. We would stay here again. Overall, lovely place and lovely view.

Peaceful Retreat

This house is in a very peaceful area. House was clean and comfortable. Loved the sunroom. Due to high water levels it was difficult to use the dock. Lost power, but it was restored quickly. Kitchen is nice and well-stocked. Pans are in rough shape. You definitely need to bring food to cook as there is no place close to eat out or get groceries. We enjoyed Nolin Lake State Park and Mammoth Cave State Park. Overall a nice stay.

Beautiful lake and surroundings

Loved the location and overall condition and beauty of home. We had a great time and would come back again. Lots of wildlife--deer, turkey, birds. It IS a hike down to lake with our heavier kayaks we brought but you could tie them off and leave them there. The place and area is very safe. Also, another advantage with the many steps is that they are only 4 inches apart which makes the descent much easier on the knees. Great place to swim. The floor to ceiling glass front room affords guests incredible views. The lady who oversees and cleans the house for owners was very helpful and responsive. Would easily return to this same place. LOVE the lake too. A jewel that is not well known without a lot of boat traffic.
