Nice breakfast. Clean room. But I stayed 2 nights and arrived too late to book room cleaning for the next day. Which you have to book??? Also very little sound proofing. Loud neighbours, banging doors and you can here other people using water.

Staff really welcoming. Clean and lots of shelves and hooks to put your stuff out in the bedroom. Bed comfy. Breakfast superb. It’s situated near the centre so it’s easy to walk to everything and it felt safe. Really good hotel wouldn’t hesitate to go back

The breakfast was amazing with many vegan and lactose-free options, vegan waffles, pancakes, even vegan whipped cream, tasty cheese and cold cuts, fresh fruits and different kinds of bred, some warm options, vegatbales, even Swedish caviar. The staff was very nice too and the bed was comfortable. However, I asked to move rooms because my bed was full of hair. The second room was much better, but the sheets could have been cleaner anyways. Overall, I was satisfied and would come back.

Great hotel for families

Great hotel that’s very kids friendly. Has a playroom and also a drawing area at breakfast and reception. In the afternoon small kiddy popcorn. Unfortunately we got a handicap family room and the sofa bed for our kids was very uncomfortable and was leaning down when laying on it. The room was clean but not vacuumed. When we mentioned it, it got fixed and cleaned. Be aware of your room will not be cleaned unless you ask them to. A shame I think.

Staff were all very courteous. Room was comfortable and ideal for our needs - although it was a bit hot (we always wish we could open a window). The shower gel/shampoo dispenser in the shower was just about empty, we had to ask for a replacement (this has happened before when we’ve stayed, perhaps a spare could be left in the room?)
