"A bit tired and in the middle of a refurb, and, yet, the staff and workers around the property were so kind and helpful. The bed was a little stiff and the bedspread a bit slippy, and you certainly need to bring your own pillows. But, I'd stay there again. Yummy food trucks three blocks down, quiet sleep, wonderfully dark sky, and very nice people everywhere."

"I was hoping since this was the most expensive option in Burns that the property would reflect that - it did not. It's tired and needs work - no baseboards in hallway, the AC was not operational. I reported to front desk after trying all options to turn it on - they confirmed it was not working and offered for me to move rooms which I appreciated. There are much newer options in town - this place needs a makeover and is nowhere near worth the $125 per night I spent. "

"Room was nice and clean. Bed on the dirm side but pillows were great. Restfull night. Hvac worked well. Overall dated fixtures but for the price, was a good deal. Parked right in front of unit. No issues."

"Extremely over priced for pets, especially with the quality of the hotel (which is really an old motel, probably a motel 6 in the past). The breakfast is hardly what I would call breakfast. Bread and yogurt and that's about it. The walls are thinner than you can imagine, very out dated and noisy. Definitely not worth $300 for two nights. The maid was super friendly. The office manager person was odd and unavailable. Our keys stopped working after one night and we had to wait until he was back to get our keys reprogrammed. Luckily the maid was around to let us in our room on a Sunday. "

"The room had a razor and trash in it, while I was in the room some people opened the door to get in, I had the safety plate out so they did not get in. The motel was empty but they decided to put someone loud next to me in my room. I left the Motel and drove 2 hours to stay somewhere I felt safe."

The breakfast room was very clean and tidy, however the attendant was abrupt and almost hostile about which carafe we should get our coffee from and how to make the waffles. The food was of poor quality, tasteless, and in some cases, prepackaged. I would stay here again but would skip the breakfast."
