The room was super clean, bed really comfy, lots of clean towels, with great in room facilities including tea & coffee, lots of power points, hanging space, storage, tv and air con. The staff were super helpful and friendly too especial regarding the local area. We were so happy we stayed an extra night.

The wait staff in the restaurant were five star, both Ciela and the young guys on the roster on Sat night. Excellent service from them. The salmon was succulent and melt in your mouth and the chips were the crunchiest ever. Loved my dinner. I have dietary requirements and they went over and above to make sure I was safe eating what they prepared for me. While there was a sign indicating that the water pressure and temperature was poor, it was abyssmal. Such a waste of water waiting or the heat and cold to come through. And the heat died out. The basin tap was a dribble in the bathroom. The towels smelt a bit like cigarette smoke or something stale, they didn't smell fresh but were definitely very clean in themselves. And through the night, when anyone used the bathroom, the pipes rattled so loudly that it sounded like an earthquake!! it wasn't that great when at 1am, someome had their shower. Something has to be done to the water system please. Overall I had a good exp3rience and the room was clean and had all the amenities that I would require. I would definitely go back.

Big family room was great, as was the service from hotel staff (especially Tanya). The bathroom and showers needs a lot of work though. Water pressure was very poor and the water temp was either freezing cold or boiling hot.

Room was immaculately presented and sufficiently quiet over night despite the rooms all being full. Amenities were recent and spotless. Staff were welcome and helpful. After hours self access was smooth.

The room was clean and basic, great bed, very comfortable. Had a room on the veranda so was nice sitting out there with a coldie. Shared bathrooms could do with a good scrub and the tiles in the toilet could do with a glue down, at the moment they are sticky taped! Terrifically positioned just a short walk to town. Woolworths nextdoor and a public free BBQ across the road next to the library that gets nice and hot so can cook a steak on it if you wanted. Undercover seating and clean toilets there. Food at the Maleny Hotel was excellent as were the staff. We enjoyed our stay.

The room I had booked/been promised through lastminute.com was not the room that had been reserved for me. There was nothing the hotel could do on the day, which is unfortunate. Despite this, the room was clean and contained everything I could need for an overnight stay. The amenities were clean and appropriate. The outdoor beer garden is very nice and a great spot to have a meal and drink.

I ended up not actually staying at Maleny Hotel as there was a leaking skylight in the room I booked. The staff member I spoke to called to let me know that he had found me alternative accommodation close by and that the Hotel would pay the difference. Couldnt ask for better service.

Beautiful old pub that needs a paint job on the exterior. Rooms and furniture need some work. Could be really nice. Enjoyed the bar and the food was delicious. Disappointed with the small room and furniture. We understood bathroom was shared. No problem. Next door neighbours tv was on our wall and could here it easily.
