The facility has changed since some of the bad reviews in that there is piwer during the day unless generator being topped up. The snorkling around the facilty is good and even better when the turtles pass daily. The food is good and varied over the 4 nights we stayed. This is not a 5 star resort so dont look for that level of comfort, but it is a good...

Top Malaysia Hotel Reviews

Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur

Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur

10/10 Excellent
"This was my second stay at Grand Hyatt KL. The hotel itself is lovely. Rooms are a fantastic layout so you’re not tripping over suitcases. The location of the hotel is the biggest selling point though. Short walk to the towers (cutting through the convention centre making it mostly air conditioned). And a covered skywalk all the way to the malls and restaurants at Pavilion. Excellent pool as well!"
