"Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location is close to train or bus and of course 5 min to airport."

"The room was clean. There is an extra charge to use the safe. The staff were helpfu. Although my wake up call was late one morning for my tour and repeated the next morning even though I didn’t request one. There is a large selection of food at breakfast but I would say it was average. Not bad, not great. My major complaint is how noisy the hotel is. There is almost no way to close the room door quietly. Doors closing echoed up and down the hallway. I also could hear voices from next door and furniture being moved (cleaned under?) Upstairs."

"Excellent and efficient Hotel I stayed 6 nights The food was ample and sumptuous. Only complaint was a bottle of wine was 24 euro. Would recommend highly for transport to places to see. All in all I was very happy to stay at the Holiday Inn Express "

"I cannot fault this hotel. Fantastic location, friendly and the room was beautiful. Very simple styling, luxurious without being stuffy. Stunning bathroom. The breakfast was expensive but there are so many options within a stones throw of the hotel as I it didn't matter. "

"Property location is excellent but the rooms itself could be better with cleanliness. Also for a 4 star hotel and superior room stay, providing a robe and slippers would be a great edition. "

"On the positive, the staff are friendly enough and the communal areas and rooms are lovely. The location is brilliant, with many buses, a bus information hub, train station and city centre on your doorstep. A beach is nearby. On the negative, the corridors need better lighting and repair (door frames coming away from plaster, holes in walls) the brunch buffet could offer more dietary options and when checking in people, staff must STOP saying their room number out Infront of others (especially when serving women travellers) as it compromises our safety. Just discreetly pass us our room key with the number on it. On my last night, a very loud couple or more, were getting it on and obviously wanted an audience. I don't necessarily blame the hotel for this, but it was so off-putting."
