Great place to stay.. everything here is beautiful.. Two things i had issues with 1. the cleaning staff didn't come to clean my room for the 4 days i was around even though the sign was showing. 2. Going to the UMRAH is easy, buses are available but getting back to the hotel from the UMRAH is via the same buses, OMG is too much work, many a times, i had to catch a Taxi because i am tired. Other than that.. awesome place to stay.. Recommended all the way if you love luxury

Nice location, little out of the drama of mecca, Beautiful properly, Courteous staff. Amongst the staff, the Receptionist name Sister Ghadeer was so much helpful, very much client orientated and professional as well. Not forgetting the evening shift Baggage Manager Brother Nasir Uddin, nice fellow, kind , professional and willing to help at all times. Thanks to all the staff but especially those two were good. Around the corner from the property, a nice shopping area for basic need and transportation was on point especially going to the Haram but coming back can be little challenging wherein base on your schedule, you sometimes have to catch a Taxi but above all is good. I will lodge there again and again especially when you need that downtime from all the headache 😫. I recommend this property 👌
