"Recently stayed here for a weekend, we were on level 2 people above us were very loud sounded like they were constantly stomping on the floor.. Pool and hot tub were ok. Had a friend come up and stay with us, I never informed the concierge of someone else joining us. I wasn’t with her when she arrived and let them know she was there to stay with us and they just gave her a key to our room. Would have been nice if they could have contacted me to confirm before just giving her a key to our room. This is a huge security issue."

"Great location in the upper village. Room had a mini fridge, but lacking a microwave. Note that there is limited underground parking, which is stated in hotel info. Friendly and responsive staff. "
