"Nice property, clean rooms and common areas. Breakfast was okay but eggs were obviously not fresh and were sitting in their own juices which is grise. Guy at the front desk in the morning was too busy on his phone to help guests. Could have been a little less rude I just wish they would open the pool earlier so the kids can get in some swim time before heading out to do other things."

"Nice, big rooms. Great hot breakfast foods that changed daily. Cordial staff. Really good coffee. Please note this hotel is located near the sports complex of Frisco, TX. Spent 5 nights to visit family. The walls are thin and when rooms are filled with kids equals not much peace and quiet. Front desk gave me earplugs."

"Great location, pretty good price and responsive host. The place was not cleaned well at all. Dirty dishes in the cabinets and silverware draw, dirty floors, really dirty entrance way outside, garbage left in garbage and areas in bathroom that presented as not being cleaned well. Smoke detector missing. It was nice having laundry detergent and dryer sheets. I definitely does not sleep 4, max 3 but even that would be real tight. Could use a real couch that goes into bed in living room. No where really yo sit. Could use more kitchen accessories. Again great location at a pretty good price."
