"Our room was clean upon arrival and all staff were very professional and freindly. The hotel is in a great location and close to Bolhao Market, Sao Bento Railway Station and Dom Luis I Bridge to name a few locations. We also had a three course meal at dinner, which was 10/10. "

"This is the perfect place to stay for a quick overnight at the Porto Aeroport, particularly as it is practically on the aeroport premises. Perfect if you have an early flight and don't want to deal with Porto's traffic in the morning. It is basic, but comfy bedding, an updated bathroom, and very clean room. The receptionist was very happy to order a taxi for my very early morning pickup, and they were waiting for me on time. The receptionist suggested one can walk to the airport, maybe 7-10 minutes, but i don't recommend it unless it is daylight and you're young, strong, and travel light. It is an area with very busy roads swirling around and somewhat industrial. As well, i didn't fancy pulling my overloaded baggage up and down curbs. All in all, a great place to sleep for a quick stop."

"Room is very clean and modern. Excellent staff specially Eleanor. I didn’t use their spa services so I can’t comment on that. There’s no pool/gym but a rooftop bar/lounge which was closed while we were there. Nevertheless the view from the rooftop sitting area was great. It overlooks the river and the Dom Luiz bridge. Priceless!"

"Great place, great breakfast and great location. Negatives were hardest mattress I have every slept on and a terrible elevator service. The elevator service was so bad, Staff used to redirect us to staff only service. "

"NOT 5 STARS, 4 AT BEST Rooms: The rooms are ok, the size isn’t the greatest but manageable. The bathroom is quite tiny and would only fit one person. Service: Quite poor. 1- A conditioner bottle was empty for three nights in a row even when the room was serviced. It was only refilled after I called the reception. 2- The hotel itself was a spa expert. There were no available slots for four out of the four nights I stayed. This is due to being low on staff. It’s a quite bad excuse when a spa is a key selling point. 3- Any 5-star hotel would have decent umbrellas in case it rained. There were some available; however, I was given one that was really poor quality and was broken, which gave me a cut as the metal was sticking out. 4- There were quite limited numbers of sunbeds at the external pool on the 5th floor. The size of the pool and facilities do not match the size of the hotel. 5- The rooms facing the garden can get very noisy even when the windows are closed. On two nights, there was non-stop dog barking coming from the garden/park. The rooms do not have double-glazed windows. 6- The breakfast costs €33 per person per night. In Porto, you can get an excellent breakfast at a quality place for €25 maximum. So it’s not worth it, and I recommend you try outside options as the city is known for its great food. 7- The location isn’t very central. It’s actually 2km from the centre, and if it’s raining, then you need a taxi. "
