Some of the staff were good. Some of the staff we not so good. The towels smelled of smoke from the laundry. It seems the supplier was smoking whilst washing them and really not great The penthouse was a little dangerous as the rail up the stairs could easily fit a small child and the fall would have been 15 Ft. There was only 2 restaurants so limited choice and the food was the same every night. Quality was 3/10 We met the GM and he seemed nice and offered us a free dinner, but they messed up the order and then offered us dinner the second night. but we would rather just have a hassle free evening.

1. Hotel.com的描述与实际不符。明明是只能入住两个大人的房间却在描述中可以入住4个大人； 2. 前期沟通很不顺利，无论是通过Hotel.com的live chat还是电话沟通（酒店预订部门工作人员英语能力很有限，另外就是酒店改名或者被并购了）； 3. 酒店的水上乐园设施挺不错的，可惜因为都在发烧，未能体验； 4. 房间设施很差劲，升了套房连浴缸也没有，空间利用很差； 5. 最差劲的就是酒店的热水，洗澡的时候一会冷一会又很烫，根本不能好好洗澡； 6. 电视信号也很差，酒店内的设施是新装修的，还有点异味；

Beautiful and spacious pool villa opposite beach.

We loved our 2 bedroom pool villa opposite the beach. Definitely luxurious and huge for a family of 4!! Private pool was huge - not a little plunge pool that you usually get. Club house was fantastic open all day for food and loved cocktail hour - all included in the villa costs. Free entry to splash jungle which the kids loved. Being beside the airport - you have to expect the plane noises, but you do get used to it. Loved the once in a lifetime opportunity to get so close to the planes taking off and landing. Would definitely stay here again in pool villa.

以前のクチコミを見て、プールの入場に宿泊者も1000バーツ必要と思っていましたが、結果宿泊者は無料で入れてスライダーも毎日滑り放題！子供達も大満足でした。名前がスプラッシュビーチリゾートと言う名前に変わってて戸惑いましたが予約も引き継がれてて大丈夫でした。飛行場が近いので少し音がうるさいのと、ロビーカウンターやプール入場手続きのスタッフが少ないので長蛇の列なのが問題です。

This is not a 5 star resort. We have stayed at several 5 star in this area and this one is not close. Rims are good, look is good. Food is poor mainly priced cheap ingredients, staff don’t seems to know what there doing on f and B side.

All of staff are good and polite. Especially thanks for Tan-restaurant manager and Alina- receptionist. Hotel is good even a bit far a way from city but hotel facilities can fulllfill all needs. We like the water park much.

Территория отеля большая, приятные прогулки - пляж, бассейн - хорошо. Рядом с отелем ресторанчики, ориентированы на русского туриста, да и в самом отеле в основном Русский семейный турист. Подкачивает уборка. Платный аквапарк и для постояльцев в гостинице (3000 бат, семья: 2взр.+2 реб.).

We enjoyed our stay tremendously, hotel is v close to a nice and quiet beach and room service is excellent. We booked for the penthouse suite with pool and was given free upgrade to a 2 BR villa with pool as some penthouse units are closed for renovation. The club lounge benefits are fantastic with complimentary beverages and some light snacks almost round the clock & even complimentary mid day soup! Thumbs up, really enjoyed our stay with awesome experience:)))

워터파크 비싼거 빼고는 아주 좋아요

리셉션 친절해서 좋았어요 근데 워터파크 너무 비싸요 1인당 1000바트 ㅠㅠ후덜덜 워터파크는 정말 계단올라가는게 일이예요 ㅋㅋ 기구들 웬만한건 다 재밌고 좋았어요 ㅋㅋ 방은 업그레이드 해줘서 좋았지만 어디갈려면 리조트 자체가 너무 커서 버킷카 서비스 해주긴하지만 좀 늦게 오기도 했고 이동이 조금 불편한거 빼고 만족스러웠어요^^
