The location and views were amazing. We received a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine which was a nice touch. We had one of the best meals of our trip at the restaurant there. My only complaint was with the woman who gave us our room key, she was very impatient and not in a good mood at all.

Lovely re-done rooms: airy and bright. The hotel is kept very clean. The staff are polite, helpful and friendly and it’s a 10 minute walk to old town for shopping, dining and sightseeing. Great stay.

Great stay!!! Great staff. Very clean and quiet room. Very nice breakfast buffet. Hotel very understanding. Had booked for 5 nights but had to leave after 3, was refunded for the last two without any issues. Will definitely stay again!!!

Beautiful views and great location - had AC issue that the staff addressed and credited us for chanting to a smaller room. BEST breakfast buffet in Europe

Lovely hotel

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel was excellent, with wonderful views of the harbour at Mahon. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The decor was very pleasing, the rooms comfortable. I would recommend to anyone who didn’t mind a ten minute walk into town, with quite a steep climb there and back.
