Fantastic place

Had a fantastic time staff.wss very helpful, pool was great, loved the accommodation like home from home, will be staying again maybe later this year, if not definitely next year. Transportation was great you can get a bus anywhere, or hire a car if you want.

Excellent spacious apartment, very clean and well equipped. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location, 10 minute walk to the old town centre, 5 minute walk to the waterfront and 20 minute walk to the bus station. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Very helpful and friendly staff, our apartment was spacious and clean although we felt that the bathroom would benefit from being updating, the bath especially and maybe tile around the shower. The pool was lovely and cool after a day of site seeing and very well kept with regular cleaning. Great value for the money and would visit again!

Lovely location right round the corner from the Port. Rooms clean and quiet. Was extremely hot so pool was nice to cool down in.Reception staff very helpful. Would have been nice for Breakfast garden to be open for rest of day with the comfy seating and not just for Breakfast. Would stay again when visiting Mahon

Location excellent for the old town and the port. Staff very friendly and helpful. Apartment well equipped and cleaned six days a week. Lovely pool. Didn't use the onsite restaurant, but lots of cafes and bakeries within walking distance for coffee, breakfast or for takeaway food.

Excellent property and location. Only problem that as we artived on a Sunday everything was closed so we couldnt even buy a bottle of water. Maybe a welcome pack would help even if there is a charge would be helpful.

Lovely apartment in the Mahon city

Our stay at Apartanentos Turisticos Royal Life was great, the property staff are very friendly. The apartment was spacious, room was big with a big bed, loads of storage. The kitchen was well equipped, mini fridge was available. Crockery and cutlery was there for use. Everyday housekeeping was available. The property has its own swimming pool and gym. Walking distance to the Port of Mao, bus stop was walking distance too. The apartment has its own private balcony. Overall it was well worth a stay. Cons - bit too expensive for a 2 star property. The Aircon was not in the room but was on top of the kitchen section.

Excellent apartments

Great apartments, spacious and clean with coffee machine, fridge, hob, kettle microwave etc. Close to one of the elevators or steps down to port or 10 min walk to main part of town. Staff all very helpful. Pool area spacious and never very busy so plenty beds and chairs.

I visited in June and the property was fairly quiet and relaxed. The apartment was cleaned daily and the staff were really helpful with recommendations on places to visit. The area was close to the harbour and city centre which had lots of restaurant options and shops. I visited on my own and I felt really safe both in the property and the area itself. The only downside to the apartment was the smell from the fridge, but this wasn’t a major issue. Would recommend this property.

Nous avons séjourné une dizaine de jours à l'hotel et vraiment c'était impeccable. Les appartements sont spacieux, propres bien équipés. L'hotel est très bien placé. Idéal pour aller en ville ou au port à pied. Le personnel est très gentil. Super hotel

Un hôtel à ne pas manquer, même en plein mois d’août le calme et le respect. A 10mn à pieds du centre. Des équipements extérieurs pour se sentir bien et se détendre dans plusieurs zones. Un buffet pour 12 euros à couper le souffle le matin. Il y a de tout et de qualité. Appartement situé côté jardin au rdv le 24 coin super agréable, Appartement fonctionnel et du personnel qui se soucie de notre bien être et qui entretient Très agréable d’y séjourner. La salle de bain pourrait être rafraîchie avec une douche à l’italienne mais cets un détail. Là salle de sport est petite et juste aeéer et avec ventilateur donc il y fait un peu chaud et à plusieurs c’est exigu mais je valorise déjà qu’il y ait de quoi faire du sport. Je recommande. Le site n’a pas menti. Merci on revekndra

Appartahotel con ottimi servizi generali con oersonale cortese e professionale, in ottima zona tranquilla e panoramica e che permette di raggiungere facilmente a piedi il centro di Mahon, molto bello e vivo, ed il porto turistico dove ci concentrano tanti negozi e ristoranti e per il passeggio serale. Lo consoglio per chi vuole vivere la citta, solo anche a piedi.

Bien placé, agréable mais...

Le logement est bien placé, non loin du centre historique de Port Mahon (5-10 min à pied). Globalement l'établissement est agréable, bien tenu mais le seul bémol à faire est au niveau du logement qui mériterait un rafraîchissement et il y avait de l'humidité au niveau de la salle de bain (pas de ventilation autre que la fenêtre mais là, à ses propres risques, les moustiques sont voraces). Sinon, l'ensemble du personnel est charmant, à l'écoute. On a pu laisser nos bagages en fin de matinée jusqu'en milieu d'après-midi et même se changer avant de partir pour l'aéroport.

Nous avons séjourné quelques jours dans cet hôtel, et globalement, l’expérience a été correcte. L’emplacement est vraiment idéal, à deux pas du port de Mahon, ce qui est très pratique pour se balader et profiter de la ville. Le personnel à l’accueil est agréable, nous avons pu échanger facilement par WhatsApp avant notre arrivée, et ils nous ont envoyé des photos explicatives par mail, ce qui était appréciable. En revanche, quelques points sont à améliorer. L’insonorisation est très faible : nous avons clairement entendu les ébats (ou disons, les "câlins") du couple voisin en pleine nuit, ainsi que leurs conversations nocturnes, ce qui n’est pas très agréable. Dans la douche, des carreaux de carrelage se détachaient, et des morceaux de joints se retrouvaient sous nos pieds. Cela donne une impression de manque d’entretien. Le ménage est fait tous les jours, sauf le dimanche, mais ce service ne comprend pas la vaisselle. Le nettoyage est fait de manière très rapide je suppose, ce qui est suffisant pour un court séjour. En résumé, un bon emplacement et un personnel accueillant, mais quelques soucis d’insonorisation et d’entretien à revoir.
