"No heat in apartment! 40 degrees outside…seemed like 40 degrees inside! Owner promised to turn on heat “remotely” but didn’t. He knew heater wasn’t working. We checked out the next morning at 9am. We couldn’t take the cold! Owner still charged us for the second day."

The location was very convenient, whether using public transportation or exploring on foot. However, the sidewalks in the area are quite narrow, so some caution is needed when walking. "Amazing experince! This is a true gem hidden in the country side. The rooms are all diffenrent and I stayed in ‘Stanza del fieno’, The Hay Room. Staff was super nice and friendly. Only complaint is that there were very noisy kids and you hear everything (!) in the room."
