"This was an amazing stay. The hotel is located a minute away from st Marco square and many great shops and restaurants. Getting there from the airport water shuttle was a breeze and navigating the public transit to the train station was also fairly easy from this location. The rooms were clean and well decorated and maintained. The front desk staff were exceptional. I would recommend this stay to anyone staying in Venice. They also have bag check service to any of their guest getting there early or leaving later for free."

"The hotel is in a very popular area and was very crowded on the streets but we enjoyed our stay there. Shopping, restaurants and transportation right outside. The staff was excellent. The hotel arranged transportation for us by water taxi right to the front door. We also were given an excursion to Murano that included a visit with a glass master! We would stay there again and recommend it!I almost forgot to mention that the hotel has a rooftop terrace that over looks the Grand Canal!"

"Location is what makes this hotel worth a stay. Otherwise a bit mediocre. Several issues in bathroom-sink stopper didn’t work, toilet seat loose, lighting so so for shaving. Breakfast buffet good Major complaint was advice on how to get to hotel from airport. It is directly accessible by water taxi but concierge told us to use their preferred car service, which was very poor."

"Great location. Room was perfectly fine and bathroom spotless. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was great, just what you need to set you up for the day. At the end of the day the American Bar was the perfect place for a nightcap or two!"

"The main room and bathroom was absolutely fine, the second bedroom and bathroom - there was an ants nest under the sink and no handle for the shower. We didn’t complain as we were only there to sleep and didn’t want to lose precious time in Venice swapping accommodation. The site is nice and modern, easy to navigate. "
