"All the staff were very nice. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. Location was short walking distance to the main temple sites. Rooms were clean & bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay"

"Our stay did not start well: bedsheet was shorter than the bed, wind blowing onto face when sleeping, lamp out-of-order. We left comment with Hotel.com’s check-in survey online before we went for breakfast. Oat found us, inquired our problems & fixed everything before we returned to the Hotel in the evening. That improved overall ranking fr 2 to 5."
