The room was small but well equipped, comfortable bed but there was a terrible smell emitting from the bathroom pipes. Absolutely awful smell that keeps you awake a night. I closed the bath plug, bathroom door, no bathroom window to open, blocked the door gap but still all night couldnt sleep. Gagging! Also the noise from other rooms is loud. Neighbour peeing middle of the night could be heard!

The room was clean, a bit small but useful. We had some communication problems with the hotel during the reservation, and there is no "desk" or that kind of personnel, howvever everytihnf went smoothly. Now that I know how to do things , I will definitely consider this place for my next visit to Madrid.

Me he sentido estafado en este hotel, cuando reservé la habitación, ponía que era una habitación: " individual confort con vistas a la ciudad", y cuando entró en ella, veo que es interior, con una ventana alargada fina y la cama, pequeña, la habitación no mediría más de 8 o 10 metros cuadrados, al igual q el cuarto de baño, desde la puerta podías lavarte la cara, mear o ducharte, era mínimo. No vuelvo a reservar var más en este hotel.
