It's an basic out hotel, but out of the city

This hotel is 45 minutes away from Madrid city centre, if you travel by train. The closet station to the hotel Is La Garena and its only 10 minutes walk from the station, However when you are traveling back and fourth from the hotel and city, you would need to pay €3.40 euros each single way. The hotel was just baisic if you just want to out and about.

Ok hotel, if on a budget

The hotel was nice if you were on a budget. I enjoyed my stay there, but everything was basic. The tv was old, the beds were hard, and the AC didn't function. it is a good hotel if you don't care about where you sleep, but care more about the city. the hotel was also kind of far from the city of Madrid. Although its accessible to the city by the train, it would take you about an hour to get to the city. I would only recommend this hotel if you are in a budget, and don't mind taking the train everyday to the city.

Solo lo utilice como descanso para tomar un vuelo internacional largo, el personal fue muy amable, la ubicacion en relacion a Barajas es lejos. En los pasillos del hotel hay mucho olor a tabaco aunque no dejan fumar en las habitaciones.

A great stopover near Madrid

Firstly the address given on our booking is not the address of the hotel. Try to find it by GPS, impossible. We did however find it. The staff were really nice the breakfast was good and it is a cheap alternative to Madrid Hotels of the same class. The train station to any sites like Prada Museum is very handy. The down side was the TV selction of channels only four with clear pictures. We found a local place to eat, Cuban/Peruvian and Chilian operators, great food and not expensive.

Hotel confortevole in posizione strategica

Ottima struttura, sita nell'hinterland di Madrid. La zona è molto tranquilla e signorile. Scendendo dritto per la strada fuori dall'hotel si arriva comodamente alla stazione ferroviaria grazie alla quale si raggiunge Madrid in 40 minuti circa. L'hotel è confortevole, le camere sono pulite e i letti molto comodi.

Buen hotel, buena limpieza, buenas instalaciones, lástima que no dispone de una cafetería abierta para poder tomar algo o simplemente una máquina expendedora de bebidas frias, el wifi muy débil en 1eriz. Por el resto todo muy bien.

La estancia en el hotel ha sido aceptable a secas. El principal problema vino dado porque con 41 grados de temperatura la piscina estaba cerrada un 21 de julio. La razón dada es que el Ayuntamiento obligaba a tenerla abierta solo de jueves a domingo y tuvimos la mala suerte de ir un martes. Con una niña de tres años, esto nos obligó a buscar una piscina municipal para paliar el problema. Por lo demás, todo correcto.

un recuerdo muy malo de esta zona.No volveremos.

el hotel esta bien pero que pena que este situado en una zona de conflictos.Nosotros al llegar al hotel nos rompieron el coche y nos robaron todo (maletas,papeles,dinero,medicacion,hasta las lentilas...)todo lo que habia dentro.Y nos dijieron que si el coche era un mercedes que tambien se lo llebavan.

Habitación sin lujos pero como cómoda para trabajo

Las habitaciones triples cuentan con una cama supletoria a los pies de las camas. El desayuno que entraba presentaba un buffer escaso, ya que se agotaron la mayoría de los platos y no se repusieron para el resto de huéspedes. El baño si que es limpio y espacioso, y cuenta con una mesa para poder trabajar.

El hotel está muy bien para 3*. La habitación tenía lo necesario para hacer tu estancia agradable y aunque el parking era privado, la zona en la que está situado te permitía aparcar en la misma puerta. NEGATIVO: la zona común de spa, baño turco y sauna hay que pagarla a parte.
