Comfortable beds, kids had single beds which is always better than a sofa bed. Lovely lady on reception had limited English as is my Spanish; but we made it work. Unfortunately ended on a slightly bad note as water was turned off from 9:30am meaning we couldn’t fully get ready before checking out. Not modified of the water being turned off for building works until we asked about lack of water.!

Extremely dirty and the beds had bugs. Couldn’t sleep the whole night from the noise and the smell of the hotel. Smells like sewer. Towels were not clean. Bath room was dirty and the room is extremely small. Worst experience ever.

La habitación no tiene absolutamente nada que ver con las de las fotos. Viejo, el baño con la ducha con óxidos , el radiador para calentarse no llegaba el cable a propósito, a penas se podía pasar entre las camas y el escritorio , la mujer de recepción una Mal educada , bajamos para preguntar como se encendía el aire y no nos lo dijo en la recepción que había que activar una llave que como era de esperar no tenía ningún cartel, se le pidió aún sabiendo que esa habitación ( la última Del pasillo ) con 40 cm entre Puerta y puerta con otra habitación literal nos amenazó que si no estábamos conformes nos fuéramos a otro hotel, se le reitera que por favor nos cambien de habitación por que era una nevera ya que no estaba encendida la calefacción y nos amenazó por protestar con llamar a la guardia civil. Este hotel es para cerrarlo. No es un hotel la habitaciones al menos la nuestra parecía una pensión. El personal nefasto. Horrible todo. No lo recomiendo ni loco.

Se puede aparcar por la calle, hay bastante espacio. El hotel es muy sencillo. Desde la habitacion se escucha todo el ruido de las otras habitaciones, que enciendan el secador, quien mea, quien habla.. Son mejores las puertas de mi casa que la puerta de entrada de la habitacion. Volvería? A 61€ (con descuento) por noche..NO.

La habitación era muy pequeña con poco espacio y una mala distribución de los enchufes. Se escuchaba todo desde la habitación, y en las cuatro noches que hemos estado no ha habido una noche en silencio para poder descansar sin interrupciones. Uno de los días entró la recepcionista a la habitación a las 8 de la tarde sin motivo y explicación y al ver que estábamos dentro se fue sin decir nada.

Lo único que he visto que falta Es una caja fuerte en las habitaciones No vendría mal , que las habitaciones tuviesen una para guardar los objetos personales cuándo el cliente está fuera. Un saludo.

Es un buen hotel, todo muy limpio y recepcionistas muy amables. La única pega que se escucha de noche la gente en el pasillo, yo soy de sueño difícil y no consigo dormir a la primera y creo que no está tan bien insonorizado... Pero nos tocó una habitación triple con 2 camas de matrimonio muy cómodas, muy de agradecer porque en otros hoteles ponen dos camas pequeñas juntas y eso es horrible. Sin embargo, aquí son camas de matrimonio y confortables. Nos quedamos para ir al Parque Warner y tuvimos que ir al Pinto por la estación de Cercanías, que queda un poco retirada andando (unos 20 min) pero hay una conexión a autobús que está muy cerca del hotel (Linea 1) y tiene un coste de 1.30€ la verdad bastante bien para ahorrarte tener que andar sobre todo si te pilla día lluvioso. En general muy bien, muy agradecidos por el trato recibido y volveríamos a repetir.

El alojamiento correcto para lo que necesitábamos, solo dormir porque ibas unos días a la Warner...la habitación bien y el baño bastante comodo. Lo unico malo fue los ruidos de los vecino de habitación, no tuvimos suerte en ese aspecto, desde primeras horas muchos ruidos tanto que parecian que estaban dentro de nuestra habitación.

El hotel está en zona tranquila y cerca de cafeterias buenas y a 13 minutos de la Warner que es a lo que vinimos. Sin embargo, el chirrido de las camas al moverte y el aire acondicionado que hoteaba constantemente encima del niño y que caló gran parte de la cama mientras dormía y que le dejó helado, nos deja con mal sabor de boca. El mando del aire apenas tenía bateria para hacerle funcionar y las juntas del baño..pues su color amarillento da un poco de grima. El silencio es muy bueno para dormir y el personal muy amable. Gracias.
