Beautiful property, very comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast. Only complaint would be that the doors allow a lot of noise from the hallway (we had 3 rooms and I noticed this in each) but the walls were very good and I could not hear anything from the rooms next to us. Beautiful hotel interiors & rooms in great location to walk to sights, parks, plazas & museums. Pool with steam room & sauna excellent even though small as quiet & long to swim lengths. Could do with opening earlier. Staff friendly & helpful. Would recommend.

Beautiful hotel

I had a wonderful stay at Casa de Las Artes. It was Easter weekend and I was welcomed with a special Easter dessert treat, a very nice touch. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are decorated very well and comfortably. It is in walking distance to Plaza Mayor, the Prado and many restaurants and shopping. Great stay!

Great gem of a hotel near city center

Gorgeous hotel, great for a couple or anyone really. The search options make it hard to tell but has a steak room and sauna, and all the spaces are stunning including the main dining hall. Very Comfortable luxurious beds, great kindness and attentiveness by staff. Happy to return!
