Genial para visitar la ciudad.

Lugar inmejorable en plena Puerta del Sol. Apartamento estupendo y bien equipado. Lenceria de calidad. Detalles a mejorar: La tv que sea smart, una ducha mas grande y ajustar la puerta que costaba cerrar. Personal muy atento y totalmente recomendable.

Hotellet ikke til at få fat i. Vi landede sent og skulle vide hvordan vi kunne komme ind. Ringede til hotellet. Hun talte ikke engelsk så hun smed røret på. På dagen ringede vi på døren og skulle så ringe på et nummer. Her talte de ikke engelsk og smed igen røret på. Virkelig virkelig dårlig kommunikation.

The hot water was brown. Hmm. Take a shower in that. The beds are comfortable and the location is great. Staff not that accessible or helpful. Although there is air conditioning, the remotes to turn them on had been removed, so no air conditioning.

This apartment is in a great location right on Puerto del Sol. Despite all of the activity outside the rooms were quiet and dark inside. A/C worked great. Staff is responsive and helpful. Would love to return.

Clean, quiet, well-equipped property in very convenient locstion. However, the lack of a front desk and lack of English for all but one staff member (Mike) caused us some anxiety about checkin and checkout. Expedia says to contact hotel beforehand, but my 2 online messages and 3 phone calls weren't answered. Only a call by a previous Spanish hotel was answered. Mike did meet us as planned in that call, and Armando came at 7.30am to check us out as promised. Also, our reservation note said we would have to present a 200 euro deposit in cash on arrival, but in fact a credit-card deposit would have been accepted. The reservation said the hotel would collect our payment, but I have no idea how that was handled. Good place, but faulty comunications !

Local bom próximo metro, restaurantes e comércio. Anfitrião Armando nos atendeu de forma prática porém sem simpatia. Apartamento limpo, espaçoso, com dois quartos (casal e duas de solteiro) e um sofá cama para duas pessoas. Amplo banheiro, cozinha equipada com máquina de lavar roupas antiga e de louça. Ar condicionado no quarto, corredor de entrada (bom para secar roupa) e sala. A água quente não era suficiente para 6 pessoas tomarem banho seguidamente. Tinha que esperar 30min. Acesso ao primeiro andar por escadas. Recomendo pelo custo-benefício.

We wish we could have checked in earlier, also the apartment is in the center of Madrid, an area that is difficult to navigate by car, also parking is quite expensive. Otherwise, everything worked out very well.

The apartment was really great. We stayed 3 days in Madrid and the apartment is in a perfect location close to everything. We walked to El Prado and Plaza Mayor. The metro is just 30 meters away. To have a local data plan for $20 you have Orange and Vodafone just in front crossing the square. The apartment doesn't have any luxury but it's very clean, safe and it has everything you need for a family of up to 4. Armando is a strict and very clear person. He let us do the check in earlier as it was possible in our case. Next time in Madrid I will come here.

Great location

The room was comfortable and quiet. No matter what, you will need to navigate stairs - so beware if you have a lot of luggage. Also, paying the deposit in cash is easier if you want your money back sooner (at check out). Great location - although it was extremely busy when we were there (Champions League Final).

Buena ubicación, pero deplorable actitud de servic

El apartamento estaba en un cuarto nivel, había que subir unas gradas y es tamaño del elevador es muy pequeño, lo malo fue el chech in, tardo casi 40 minutos, no sabían de nuestra reserva y a la hora que llegábamos, se pusieron a llamar por teléfono. El hotel no lo rentan por un día, es por 20 horas, lo dan hasta las 3 de la tarde y piden devolverlo a las 11. Lo peor fue la atención de la pareja de la señora que entrega el apartamento, un tipo mal encarado, con la peor cara que lo pueda recibir, este tipo, ahuyenta cualquier deseo de regresar. No tienen ningún servicio de guía turística, solo se limita a decir que el no sabe nada, creo que la aplicación debería de eliminar esa atracción en los apartamentos
