GH Hotel in Madina is a clean and comfortable place to stay. The rooms are well-maintained, and the overall service is good. It offers a pleasant experience for those looking for a quality hotel. However, the main downside is the distance from Masjid Nabawi. It’s a bit far, which can be inconvenient if your primary purpose is to visit the mosque frequently. Because of this, if I return to Madina with the main goal of visiting Masjid Nabawi, I would likely choose a hotel closer to the mosque. Still, for those who don’t mind the distance, it’s a nice place to stay.

Very noisy, no breakfast plus no breakfast place near by and no restaurant around. Only hotel that don’t know what microwave oven is. Good luck if you have to warm up anything. Clogged toilet kept calling front desk. Never again.

We arrived late at night , the receptionist said we did not have a booking , was very rude , did not understand English , asked for my name 3 times , did not know we had paid , I showed him my booking number and details finally after 45 minutes said he found our booking , the room was mediocre and small , poor furnishing , hotel location non descriptive, no amenities no help in luggage carrying , please remove from recommendation from Expedia very very dissapointed

Worst receptionist behaviors

The accessibility of the property and the convenience of the neighborhood was very poor. There are no meal and laundry services neither. The room was in decent condition, but the staff's attitude and professionalism was very, very bad. In particular, the staff member named RIAZ was very offensive in his behavior at the reception, using national and racial slurs throughout the entire interaction. It is very questionable if this is the face of the hotel that welcomes guests. If I ever visit this country again, I will never stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is very far from al haram and the hotel bus option is very limited especially in the month of Ramadan . According to their website the hotel is located 5min from alharam, that is not true , the taxi and other ways of transportations will try to rip off by asking unreasonable fare and the property is 15-20 min far from alharam. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant nor a laundry. On the top you have to ask the hotel stuff more than one time to clean the room . Big piece of advice, stay away from this properly doesn't worth to stay even in short period of time .

Fint hotell

Rent och fint. Personalen mycket vänliga och hjälpsamma. Hotellet i sin helhet är jättebra. Finns en del affärer och restauranger i närheten. Den ända saken var det trångt i charterbussen tilk alharam. Annars man var lätt att hitta taxi i närheten men rimliga priser till haram.
