Very nice clean hotels. Rooms are small but compact n everything is available what should be in a good hotel room . Every single staff is very polite, friendly n helpful . Price is nearly half as compared to other hotel . Highly recommended.

Perfect location friendly staff

From start to finish the hotel and more importantly the staff were amazing very polite and friendly the house keeping was spot on with fresh towels tea coffee and bottled water topped up daily. The hotel was extremely clean and ideally located close to many fast food restaurants and more importantly a no frills curry house only five minutes away. I was there for my Umrah and found the hotel to be in a very safe clean area where you could walk around anytime of the day and feel comfortable (Even though Madina is the safest city to visit)

Solid Hotel Walking Distance from Masjid!

Allowed us to check-in early since we arrived the morning of our stay. In the meantime they were able to check our luggage in while we walked around the area. 10-15 min walk to Masjid an Nabawi, if you leave during adhan you can get to the masjid with time to spare!

An amazing stay experience in Madinah

Great place to stay, location is great, interior is great, staff is friendly, beds are comfortable. Rooms are decent sized. Overall just about perfect place to stay for a great price in Madinah. Lots of shopping outlets in front and around the hotel. Unfortunately, I got sick and didnt get chance to try the breakfast. Although it looked great.

One of the best hotels in Madina and service level

First of all amazing hotel and even better service provided. Exceeded expectations. Well happy. Chose this hotel for few reaosns. Distance to Haram Food places near hotel Cleanliness and room for family. Didnt try food but it smelt so good. Receptionists Abdul Razaq & Abdul Rahman Atif were super nice and helpful. We didnt face a single problem. Kids enjoyed the stay and wife didnt complain either. All in all very good experience and enjoyed oir stay will definitely book again.

Really high standard, staff were professional and helpful, the room has an excellent modern design, good WiFi, and all the usual bits and bobs in the room that you would expect from a hotel like a safe, toiletries, a good shower (which I've learned you can't take for granted), mini fridge, bottles of water, kettle and cups. It's located an easy 5 minute walk from masjid nabawi's gate 310 and masjid quba is walkable too (though there are careem bikes available that help a lot)

Clean hotel with great service (as long as you're polite and respectful - you got to show respect to get it in return). Slight delay with check in but it was very busy day for them with huge groups arriving and departing which can be tough to manage for the staff. Service was good from the ladies at reception (esp Ghadi and the gentleman in the suit) to the housekeeping and the porters. Location is 6-8 mins walk to Masjid Al Nawabi, which was fine for us. Great stay overall - keep up the high standards and value for money.
