i had already made reservations but when i got there the manager couldnt find my name it took him 15 min then he found it . so i went to the room floor was dirty the bed has grass in it then he moved me to another room it was fine then an hour later me and my friend was in the room and the manager use a master key to try to get in my room i screamed and was very scared we went to the office and asked for our refund was told that the money would be on my card by that night but it wasnt very bad service
AC didn't work the bathroom was filthy holes in the wall TVs in work properly bed bedding and linens dad holes Rick through more fights in the parking lot bad place to be and did roaches everywhere bed pushed up against the AC unit pay extra money and go to a decent hotel
The wifi was sketchy. The neighborhood was a little scary. The price was what brought me to this hotel. The pet fee was very low which was also a main reason for me choosing this hotel. The bed was pretty comfortable. The area to walk my dog was small and limited.
I've stayed at many one star hotels and this was the dirtiest by far. The first room I was given had a toilet leaking into a bucket that had spilled over and flooded the bathroom floor. I was given another room which was marginally better. It was a very cold night and I had problems getting the heat to turn on. There were cigarette burns on almost everything in the (nonsmoking) room. I also was told I would not be allowed to check in with my U.S. passport since I was not carrying my drivers license. I went to my car and pretended to look for my license and was allowed to check in when I came back. I rarely leave bad reviews, in fact this might be my first. Overall terrible experience!
I was not impressed with the fact that they treated my reservation as if they had no idea about it. I didn't have a microwave or refrigerator in my room like seen on the picture. And the hotel tax was $20 extra for two nights. That is ridiculous. I need to claim this on my taxes.
Only 2 thin pillows for 2 people; room set up for one person, mildew around bathtub, only 2 tiny bars of soap supplied- nothing else. TV is mounted high on wall so looking at it creates neck ache. Only amenity in room is refrigerator.
This hotel was pretty scary and gross. We didn't know what to expect, just passing through. Towels were not available readily, breakfast was minimal, clientele was extremely questionable (and made violent comments to my husband when he was running in the morning). Desk staff was rude for the night shift. I was ready to get out of there ASAP the next morning. Pay a few dollars more and stay anywhere else.
There was a puddle of water on the floor in the bathroom, a man was egged in front of the hotel, all the furniture was used and from motel six, the staff were disorganized and not friendly, and they gave us a queen bed when we asked for two single beds.

Americans best value inn
The room was clean but had to call to get reservation, bc they didn't have it instead of front desk person getting it. They didn't have proper number listed when I had to call, so got owner. Besides that the room was good for what we needed it for.

Average for low cost stay
Reservation was not on file on file when I tried to check in. Glad I had a copy of the conformation with me. Staff was friendly but took about 30 minuets and several phone calls to get the conformation into their system. Single room with queen bed was cramped. Room was very clean. TV's are advertised as 'flat screen'. TV was an old 16" tube type with some channels having very poor reception. Provided channel guide was anything but accurate. Probably would not stay again due of size of room and difficulty at check in.
The only thing positive about the experience was how easy it was to book online. When I arrived, I had to wait 10/15 minutes to check in because they could not find my information. I finally got checked in and went to my room. The dead bolt on the door did not work, the paint was peeling, the TV did not have a remote, the heating did not work properly and neither did the settings, the water was not hot and the door was VERY hard to open.
Ants all over, beds hairy, no tv remote, after the front desk lady had me go to 3 separate rooms to look instead of her and still no remote for tv. Breakfast was a joke. Pool broke.
Door lock didn't work. Couldn't get in had to be repair. Bath needed to be repair tub facet falling off. Mold between the tub surround. Cheap pillows. TV was snow picture
This hotel has apparently changed chains from Motel 6 recently, resulting in some system weirdness - when I arrived they had no record of my Hotels.com booking (and yes, it was the right hotel, on the right date). We were eventually able to sort it out, but it was not an auspicious start (this is the first time in several years of use at various quality hotels that I've ever had a problem with a Hotels.com booking). The room air conditioner was also inadequate to the task of dealing with warm southern evenings, and labored pathetically all night.

Okay for the price
I needed a cheap hotel room to stay in the night before a test at the college. This hotel was just that. A cheap hotel with no frills. It was clean and quiet which were my only requirements. If you just need aplace to stay a night it works.
the hotel itself looked like a run down motel 6... The whole building needed a couple coats of paint on it. The price was reasonable and it is located with all of the other hotels, shopping and great places to eat. If they want to be known and compete with the bigger market hotels, they should at least revamp their building and rooms. And no cable or satilite, straight anolog channels. None of my chennels came in clear, I just gave in and used my laptop to watch Hulu and ESPN watch
