Doors catching on the floors, tarnished brass on door handles, musty smell, … overall appearance is tired and could do with a freshen up. "Booked due to our cancelled flight, was a quick checked in and very professional service. Room was clean and spacious. After a long wait for our flight back to London and then be cancelled a nice place to rest is all we needed. Thanks for the complimentary bow of fruits delivered to our room and a litre of drinking water. They also offered an airport transport which is a big bonus. "

"Locational is phenomenal, rooms are great for what they are. Check in was a little rough, no on sent us a code to get into the building and the door was locked, so we had to get a local from a shop to call the number on the door for someone to let us in. They clean the room and make the beds everyday, staff is very friendly. Highly recommend staying here!"

"Beautiful hotel and grounds! Friendly and helpful staff, delicious food! A wonderful all inclusive experience. We had a beautiful room with an extra large balcony with partial view. Room was always cleaned daily and towels changed. We enjoyed the location, the ample parking and the grounds. Kids enjoyed the heated pool and we all enjoyed the buffet, kulinarium restaurant and the evening shows. We are already planning our next trip there!
