Pousada com ótima localização, próxima a bares e restituição badalados. Fiquei no quarto 113, a vista era para garagem. Quarto simples e bom, a recepcionista no dia que cheguei super educada, gentil, atenciosa, pena não saber o nome dela. Café da manhã simples, demorava a repor. Pousada cheirosa.

O quarto não era condizentes com as imagens. E o banheiro muito simples. E ja qto ao conforto da cama e sobretudo aos travesseiros estavam péssimos. E sem contar o local muito barulhento. Em razão do que foi mencionado, infelizmente não gostei. A única coisa boa só meu ver é a localidade

Decepção.

O quarto estava muuuuito sujo, com cortina suja e roupa de cama encardida. Basculante do banheiro cheio de cocô de pombos. Piso do quarto e do banheiro sujos. O ambiente totalmente insalubre, principalmente para uma época de pandemia. Muito desagradavel. A unica coisa agradável foi o atendimento do funcionário Rafael da recepção. Educado e prestativo.

Ótima estadia

Quarto pequeno, porém confortável. As instalações do Hotel são velhas, mas estava tudo muito limpinho. No geral não tenho o que reclamar, foi ótimo. A localização é perfeita, só atravessar a rua e já esta na praia de Pajuçara, tem diversos restaurantes, farmácias e supermercado pertinho.

O atendimento é muito bom, o quarto deixou a desejar, muito pequeno, pedimos pra trocar e nos acomodaram num quarto um pouco mais espaçoso. A localização é excelente.

Precisa de uma reforma no banheiro... Quatro grande e localização boa, só isso. Café da manhã bem simples, mas atende bem. Estacionamento péssimo. Os funcionários são extremamente solícitos e educados.

Na verdade achei o café da manhã decepcionante, entendo que estamos passando por esse momento difícil, mas eles entregam um cardápio para q vc escolha o que vc quer comer então até aí tudo bem, vc escolhe e eles não colocam é um café da manhã, e além do mais o café da manhã para duas pessoas eles coloca o que serve apenas uma pessoa, isso é um verdadeiro absurdo!!!

The price is reasonable you pay for what you get.

First day I had to changed rooms because the air conditioner was leaking water. The room was a laguna. The receptionist was very helpful. Second day Two employees talking loudly just below my window woke me up at 1:30 am. I complained and they apologized. Third day, no water at all, the pump failed the boiler did not work. The hotel contracted a water truck, only cold water that day. I had a cat bath that day. Every day I woke up around 5:00 am because the rooms in front of the beach are very nosy. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is no bad. In general the hotel maintenance and appearance are not good. The location and ocean view are fantastic.

Hotel com atendimento péssimo, fim de ano um único atendente pra atender a demanda de fim de ano. Não cumpre o que promete, pelo telefone dizem q divide em 6, 7 ou mais vezes, quando e na hora do pagamento do faz em 2 vezes. O que aconteceu fui pra outro hotel.
