Five star experience! Excellent hotel, top staff, modern and very clean, wonderful hot breakfast buffet, and perfect location for restaurants and beach. Loved it!

Due to poor maintainence, the air conditioner in my room was leaking water causing me to skip and injure myself. The hotel staff took quick action to attend to me and dos everything in their power to make things right. Otherwise, the hotel is wonderful and would stay again.

Hotel deixou a desejar, essa é a segunda vez que me hospedo no Porto kaete, e infelizmente caiu bastante os serviço oferecido desse hotel! Começou por uma mensagem que enviei ao hotel falando sobre as minhas intolerâncias e alergias, o hotel não me respondeu até hoje, o café da manhã parece de hotel 2 estrelas, quase toda equipe do café da manhã, tirando dois funcionários, simpatia zero, para um hotel que diz que é 4 estrelas, café sem opções, tive que comprar tudo, pq o hotel não fez questão nenhuma de se preocupar comigo, a única coisa que eu podia comer era a tapioca, que por sinal era péssima, a farinha usada, era a pior que existe no mercado, toalhas e roupa de cama velhas passando da hora de ser trocadas! Não recomendo esse hotel!
