O hostel tem uma ótima localização, próximo a praia, supermercado e restaurantes. Eh um lugar simples, o ambiente familiar e tem notebook com internet.Para quem quer economizar, eu recomendo, o atendimento foi muito bom.

Boa localização

Ao fazer a reserva antecipada através do Expedia, me foi emitido recibo referente à 50% das diárias, via cartão de crédito. Na chegada ao Hostel, conforme combinado, foi debitado os outros 50% restantes das diárias..Um ou dois dias após, o gerente veio cobrar-me o equivalente ao valor que teria sido pago através da reserva via Expedia, alegando não ter sido aprovado o cartão, o que estranhei. Na ocasião não tive como contestar obviamente e só vou poder após receber a fatura do proximo mes. Sorte eu ter provisionado uma reserva extra, para eventuais emergências, senão teria passado constrangimento de ter que deixar o hotel...O gerente falou-me que, o Expedia não cobra diretamente e sim, repassa os dados do cartão para ele providenciar o lançamento..Então porque a emissão de recibo, dando a falsa ilusão de que estaria pago, ou pelo menos com uma despesa a menos??

Relax y muy buena onda

Excelente la ubicación y las instalaciones comunes del hostel. Todo muy limpio y completo. No falta nada. Nos sentimos como en casa. Para destacar aún mas la atención de los empleados del hotel, muy amables y serviciales. Julio, un fenómeno! Nos despejó todas las dudas y nos recomendó de acuerdo a lo que buscábamos. Todos muy informados de la ciudad, sus transportes y actividades. Queremos agradecer además que debido al horario del vuelo nocturno que teníamos, pudimos cocinar, bañarnos y usar las instalaciones durante toda la tarde luego del check out, habiendo finalizado ya nuestra estadía. Alagoas Hostel, muy recomendable. Lo único para recriminar es administrativo (no se si responsabilidad del hostel o de Hoteles.com) y es que me debitaron el 50% del valor de la estadía al momento de la reserva, cuando en las condiciones estaba estipulado pagar el total al momento de alojarnos. Nos terminó viniendo al pelo para abonar en dos veces, pero las condiciones de reserva no eran esas.

Atendentes super legais

Passei somente uma noite, pois só precisava de um lugar para dormir. Os atendentes foram muito gentis e acolhedores. O banheiro do quarto em que fiquei tinha duas privadas e dois chuveiros, mas somente um de cada estava funcionando. O café da manhã é bem simples, mas é bom. Não havia toalha sobre minha cama, mas também não sei se eles tinham pois não pedi. No geral, achei um lugar pequeno, mas bem acolhedor.
