Hotel bom, mas atendimento péssimo!

O hotel é muito bom, mas o atendimento é péssimo! Tem alguns recepcionistas que nem um sorriso dão, super fechadão e parecem que estão fazendo é um favor para o cliente. O café da manhã é gostoso, mas falta variedade, fiquei por 3 dias e todos os dias o café era a mesma coisa.

Excelente custo benefício Tudo funcionando perfeitamente Ar condicionado split ( muito bom ) Ducha do WC perfeita Se puder melhorar , seria aumentar um pouco a cortina blackout para tampar a claridade do canto da janela ( fiquei no 405) Quarto recém reformado - com vista lateral para o mar Localização perfeita ( bem na orla ) e próximo a vários restaurantes

O hotel se aproveita da pandemia para retirar serviços!!Pessima experiencia!Não tem limpeza nem troca de toalhas nos quartos.Não tem alcool gel pois economizam ate nisso, os dispensers sempre vazios.Cafe da manha uma vergonha, meia fatia de presunto, 1 fatia de queijo,1 paozinho munusculo seco e 1 fatia de bolo velho, 1 pratinho com 2 mexericas.Não é o cafe da manha que esperamos encontrar quando se é cobrado diaria de R$ 220,00.Te oferecem o cofre que esta no quarto mediante pagamento, caso não queira, pedem pra assinar um termo de responsabilidade.Então vc deduz que não esta seguro e que pode ser roubado caso não use o cofre.

Location is great! Breakfast was really good and friendly staff. Even thought there is no private parking we had no problem in finding public parking right in front of the hotel. The only bad thing was that the pool was under renovation

No lo recomiendo.

Si querés deprimirse, éste es tu hotel. Nada que ver con la foto. Es horrible. Las habitaciones son tristes con ventanas muy chicas, sólo te ponen dos jaboncitos, tráete shampoo y gel de ducha. Los resortes sobresalen del colchón. El desayuno es pésimo. Lo peor es haber pagado tanto por este hotel después de haber estado en otros mucho mejores a casi mitad de precio. No me gustó nada de nada.

Quer passar raiva, se hospede aqui!!!!

Hotel com péssimo atendimento, instalações que chegam a ser claustrofóbias de tão pequenas, café da manhã fraquissimo, faltou agua quente por mais de 24 hs ( imagine chegar cansado de um passeio na praia o dia todo e ter que tomar banho gelado), falta completa de informações turisticas. Hotel no padrão de hostel. Não recomendo!!!
