Me colocaram num quanto fedorento a cloro, parede manchada, sofa do quarto muito sujo. O cafe da manha: terrível, so tem pão e bolo. Cafe da manha muit magro. Nao gostei de nada.

O local do hotel é maravilhoso, mas o café da manhã deixou a desejar, pois além de não ter muitas opções, alguns alimentos pareciam ser dormido, por exemplo, o pão de queijo e algumas frutas, além de o suco de laranja estar azedo.

Todas as tomadas eram 220w e eu não fui avisada, com isso, quase queimei meus aparelhos. Café da manhã sem opção de escolha. Tive que descer 1h da manhã para pegar cobertor pois não tinha no quarto e não puderam levar. A tampa do vaso estava quebrada. O puxador da janela estava quebrado. No corredor estava um monte de roupa suja espalhada, atrapalhando a passagem.

Hospedagem boa!!

O café da manhã deixou um pouco a desejar do que esperávamos, não havia muita variedade. Algumas dependências como garagem e elevador, estão antigas e necessitando de reformas. O elevador além de um estar parado, o outro fazia um barulho de assustar. O quarto é aconchegante, a piscina ótima também.

Hotel is well situated, because it is right in front of the ocean and close to many things. Check-In is a hassle, you need to know complete information about yourself and whom you are traveling with. Front Desk skipped me a few times, since I had an American, and they did know how to bypass a part in their system to register him. Parking is limited and there is no one watching the garage, so guests park however they feel like and people end up having to park on the streets. Their is opened, but they n limited hours and only 15 people at the same time, but there’s not enough pool chairs for that amount of people, nor do they really have space for everything. Breakfast was decent, I felt bad for the food attendant, she was working by herself and trying her best to take care of a line of 15-20 people. They should have at least 2 Attendants. Last but not least, we were stuck in the elevator for 30 minutes

Poderia ser melhor.

A piscina estava fechada devido a um decreto municipal devido à Covid-19. Até aí tudo bem, só entendo que isso poderia ser informado no momento da reserva, visto que piscina é um diferencial do hotel. O estacionamento não comporta um número grande de carros, apesar de ter informado na reserva e cadastrado o veículo ao chegar no hotel, tiveram noites que precisei deixar na rua, já que havia lotado o estacionamento. São esses pequenos detalhes que fazem diferença em um hotel. De positivo o conforto da cama.

Razoável, pois mesmo reservando com criança até 14 anos, o hotel informou não ter como colocar cama extra ou mesmo um colchão extra, sendo necessário dormir os 3 em uma cama de casal . Melhorando a gestão tem condições de ficar muito bom.

Hotel com estadia razoável, deixando a desejar em algumas necessidades, como a falta wifi no quarto (5° andar) e TV desligando a cada minuto (sendo necessário desliga-lo para não queima-lo). Bom custo benefício

O hotel aparentemente mudou de 'dono', ou seja: faltam alguns detalhes para melhorar, por exemplo, meu split não esfriou direito e precisei de baterias para o controle da TV a noite e a recepção falou que só tinha com a manutenção (de dia). O café, devido a pandemia é servido no quarto, mas achei com poucas opções. No entanto, a localização é ótima, perto de todos os bares da praia e o preço da diária estava bem acessível.

Recepção extremamente desorganizada. Na chegada não estavam com o quarto pronto e afirmaram que não havia reserva. Mesmo mostrando a reserva feita pelo Expedia continuavam afirmando que não havia reserva. Resolvido esse problema me cobraram por dois dias seguidos pela reserva. Também não estavam encontrando o pagamento. Mesmo com a informação impressa e que foi entregue no ato do check in dizendo que o pagamento foi feito no ato da reserva. Precisei mostrar o extrato de meu cartão de crédito e as mensagens do Expedia no meu celular. Obviamente que não recomento e tenho intenção de reservar novamente esse hotel. Macaé tem excelentes opções.
