O hotel poderia melhorar!!!

Acho que um hotel tão conhecido e com o valor que cobra, poderia servir um café melhor. Café fraco!! Poucas opções de frutas, a manteiga era coletiva (vc tinha que ir na mesa principal com o seu pão para poder passar a manteiga), reposição lenta. Chuveiro frio a noite quando fui tomar banho. Fiz uma solicitação de um quarto no andar mais alto na hora em que estava fazendo a reserva e tb não fui atendida.

Não gostei do café da manhã. O lençol de cobrir que estava na cama King, era muito pequeno, mal cobria o corpo. Havia o barulho de um motor, ecoando no apartamento, que impossibilitou ter um sono tranquilo. No dia seguinte mudamos de apartamento.

Hotel in very quiet area

This hotel is nice, clean and quiet. But it is very far away from shops, restaurants and any activities. It is the only one located on this area The hotels to the north of this area located on Praia do Cavaleiros are better choices. I wished I would have known that. The restaurant at hotel opens on banking hours so you are forced to travel to the other side to eat. The travel involves a taxi fee of about 5 dollars There is room service but staff does not speak English so you are limited They advertise a business center which does not exist. Pool was closed for maintenance. In their defense I have to say that it was winter. The rooms themselves are clean, attractive and well furnished. There are only Portuguese language stations on tv. It was a nice hotel but I wished it had more information about location. There is a small family restaurant a couple of blocks from hotel which offers essential items and great home made food. We visited there often. It is only open Monday to Friday but it open only 10 pm. Overall nice place.

Hotel muito bom com um cafe da manha horrivel.

O hotel e muito confortável, possui boa estrutura, os atendentes da recepção são excelentes, Porem o café da manha foi horrível. Quando chegamos ao hotel fomos informados que o café iria ate as 10 e meia. chegamos ao local as 10 e estava tudo horrível. não haviam feito reposição de sucos, frutas etc. Os fogareiros dos réchaud que mantem o ovo mexido, salsichas, linguiças e outros estavam apagados e, consequentemente, os produtos estavam frios. O café e o leite estavam frios. Não haviam talheres nas mesas e tivemos muito insistir com o atendente para nos fornecer e ele não nos pareceu muito satisfeito. Precisa melhorar muito o café da manha. Nota zero

Meu único problema foi no primeiro dia , quando a recepção me disse que não sabia a que horas um som de carnaval de rua iria terminar. Fui para fugir do carnaval do Rio e me deparei com esse som. Mas graças a Deus acabou cedo e não teve mais som de carnaval nos demais dias . Excelente hotel !

Hotel com quartos com cheiro de mofo

Me decepcionei com hotel, pois os quartos tem cheiro de mofo e aparência antiga. Além disso é visível sujeira nos tetos. O quarto alocado originalmente tira muito cheiro de mofo e o ar condicionado não funcionava adequadamente. O quarto foi trocado prontamente porém o novo também tinha cheiro de mofo, mas o ar funcionava adequadamente. No geral a experiência foi frustrante, pois o hotel está muito abaixo do padrão de outros hoteis da rede Blue Tree em que tinha me hospedado.

Tudo bom, a maior oportunidade é que a piscina fica com a água muito quente, acredito pelo tamanho e exposição ao sol.
