"All good, amazing staff"

After informing the manager she said there was nothing she can do about the broken TV. She informed her boss and he even said there was nothing they can do. I feel like the hotel should have given us a percentage off of what I paid becuase we had amenities that were not working. Normally I would not watch TV but due to bad weather I...

"War alles super"

"The room condition and overall service were below expectations. The staff were not very attentive, and breakfast quality was poor with limited options. Overall experience felt below a 3-star standard — needs improvement in cleanliness, service, and food quality."
