"Though we had a little adventure when we arrived, we enjoyed our stay here immensely. The area was quiet and pastoral in some places though conveniently located not too far away from our areas of interest (Interloken, Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen). The hotel itself was great and the staff fantastic. Kathleen was super responsive and kept our kids of 9 & 11 engaged and happy. We had a ‘glitch’ with a third party booking agent, and the front desk individuals patiently and proficiently worked to make proper corrections. Thank you! Also- we absolutely loved the setting, the fine waiter ( from Turkey, originally) and the many outdoor activities available on our vacation! "
