The rooftop pool and bar with city views was a great bonus after a day of exploring. The rooms we had were beautiful. The staff were extremely helpful and helped us arrange amazing transportation back to the airport. They arranged the cruise for us to ha long bay and while we were there kept our extra luggage we couldn’t bring with us. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. "
