The room was clean and spacious. I did not get a chance to use the pool but it looked very pleasant and spacious. Staff was courteous and quick to assist.

Very centrally located from all four direction in term of transportation, grand and spacious. Best in affordable with quality. The best part is breakfast place and breakfast itself. Value for money. I booked for one night with booking .com at cheaper price but stayed at higher price on second night. Since response from booking .com is slow to booked another night

The property is not well maintained. Rooms look dirty nd dusty . Even the top most floor had so much noise pollution from outside . Bathrooms were not clean . The property is way too old and many things need renovation especially bathrooms. Reception nd restaurants are well maintained. Food is pricy . Views from rooms are good. Bell desk staff are good . But their reception staff look grumpy and non welcoming. They are always irritated about something and are non smiling , all of them . Didn’t had a very good first impression. Will consider other options for next time.

A very dated hotel which may have once been a 5star, but by modern standards - nowhere near it. This hotel lacks in staff experience/service quality. The building is old, the interior is dated and the rooms and amenities are not clean/of 5 Star standard quality. The rooms were not the cleanest, see pictures. Bathroom taps were coated in limescale, dirt on the bathroom floors, napkins from the restaurant downstairs being used as face tissues in the box provided in the room. The restaurants, food was okay - however extremely overpriced for the quality. The room itself was okay but not up to a good standard. The curtains were scrunched up and creased, wood floor broken. The room AC has also not been updated since the hotels opening. Will I stay here again? No. Is this a 5 Star hotel? Definitely not.

It was a terrible experience.. Problems at checking, mosquito in the room, no hot water aircon not cooling and problems at checkout.. This is like a budget hotel.. Not even 2 star standard..

The hotel had my all information (US Passport Copy) but staff was keep calling to know , from which place I belong. The room service guy was very scary in terms of his behavior with my wife. He was keep calling to get more information. When I complained the reception person only apologized and never tried to call the room service person to check why he was calling. I will never stay in future as it is not safe for family.

The best hotel to stay in Lucknow, heart of city

Well behaved staff and feel was wonderful. It was so near to main market hazratganj, what was wonderful. I was alone on my visit, so passed time, doing shopping in market and enjoying the glitter of Hazratganj.

Good for Lucknow, OK elsewhere

The hotel met the purpose but based on other reviews, I was expecting more. It is clean. The room is functional. They're building a metro station next to the hotel which did not help me sleep, no fault of the hotels.
