Great hotel and close to the train station. There are tons of amenities nearby and fun bridges to visit. This is a prime location! Staff were super helpful to book trips and the breakfast was pretty good! I would recommend this place!

Wonderful stay at AMERON. Location was perfect very close to everything. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Rooms are a bit small but that doesn’t take from the experience. Restaurant that is attached offers great options and service was great. Definitely recommend.

The staff and service were exceptional. When our luggage was delayed for a couple of days due to the airline mishandling it, the team went above and beyond to ensure we had all the essential amenities and necessities while we waited. The restaurant was excellent, and every staff member was warm, attentive, and always ready to help. This was our family vacation, they surprised us with a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended!

Loved everything about this hotel. After having a bad experience at another place, this was a breath of fresh air. The staff was exceptional. We were able to check in early and got a late check out. This was our second stay at the hotel and I was again impressed with it. The hotel location could not be better, easily walkable to the train station, restaurants, shopping, and Lucerne historical sites. The staff all spoke impeccable English and assisted with directions, tickets, etc. Our room was modern and clean.

Location close to main train station and Chapel Bridge in Luzern. Very efficient check in as they send you link to pre-register day prior. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Lounge with still/soarkling water to refill bottles. Husband enjoyed delicious breakfast buffet in AM that was responably priced. And room stocked with coffee, tea, soda, beer, and orange juice all complimentary.
