Schnuckeliges Häuschen mitten in Lübeck

Das gemütliche Haus liegt ideal, um Lübeck und Umgebung zu Fuß oder mit Öffis zu erkunden. Der Parkplatz ist ein Bonus, ebenso der kleine, nicht einsehbare Garten. Ausstattung vernünftig, ruhige Lage, Ein- und Auschecken sehr pragmatisch. Wegen der sehr steilen Treppen allerdings nicht für jeden geeignet. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Einziges Manko: die Kopfkissen, sollten unbedingt ausgetauscht werden.

Tolle Unterkunft

Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnuing mitten im Zentrum von Lübeck. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fussläufig erreichen. Für Senioren, die nicht mehr so fit sind, ist die Wohnung eher ungeeignet, da die Treppe zum Schlafzimmner sehr steil ist. Damit sollte man in einem historischen Altbau natürlich rechnen. Uns hat es super gefallen.

Wunderschönes Häuschen in der Lübecker Altstadt

In dem liebevoll renovierten und dekoriertem Altstadthaus in zentraler Lage mit kleinem Garten und eigenem Parkplatz habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Entgegen frührerer Bewertungen ist W-Lan vorhanden. Von hier kann man wunderbar an alle tollen Orte der Alstadt zu Fuß starten und mit dem Auto nach Travemünde, Scharbeutz, Timmendorfer Strand usw. Vor meiner knappen Urlaubswoche war gerade alles frisch renoviert und gestrichen worden. Im Garten blühten Blumen. Alles top! Was man wissen muss, ist, dass das Schlafzimmer oben und das Bad mit Dusche unten zwei Treppen trennen, davon einer sehr steile, die man rückwärts runtergehen sollte. Für mobilitätseingeschränkte Menschen, die nachts öfter mal raus müssen, ist es deswegen nicht geeignet. Für normal sportliche Menschen, die auch wohnlich in das Lübeckflair eintauchen möchten, ist es ein idealer Ort.Ich komme gerne wieder und freue mich schon darauf. Danke an die Gastgeber Familie Lehmkuhl, mit denen die Kommunikation auch im Vorfeld immer top war! Danke und Alles Gute!

Alles ganz schön, aber dass es weder Internet/WLAN gibt sollte sollte im Inserat zumindest erwähnt werden. Auch eine Mikrowelle ist heute Standart. Etwas problematisch auch die Kopplung von Lüftung und Heizung per Lichtschalter an der Küchenzeile. Es kam zum versehendlichen Ausschalten der Heizung durch Berührung mit dem Ellbogen.

Schönes Haus mit Baustellen

Das Haus ist gut gelegen und gut eingerichtet. Leider fanden wären unseres Aufenthalts Tiefbauarbeiten mit erheblichen Lärmbelästigungen statt sowie Dachdecher auf dem Haus rumliefen. Dem Vermieter hat das Leid getan, aber reicht das? Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war schlecht, während des Aufenthalts allerdings okay.

Lecker in Lübeck

Sehr schön - Lübeck ist immer eine Reise wert. Das Häuschen mit kleinem Gärtchen war sehr nett, allerdings ist es wohl eher nichts für Menschen mit Knieproblemen und Blasenschwäche, denn die Treppen sind sehr steil und die Toilette ganz unten. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Und nicht zu unterschätzen: der Parkplatz fast vor der Tür, auch für einen VW-Bus geeignet. Man kommt zwar gut mit dem Zug nach Lübeck (was wir auch vorhatten), aber nur wenn nicht gerade gestreikt wird. Dafür sind viele nette Restaurants in Laufweite; wir konnten in den 7 Tagen bei weitem nicht alle ausprobieren. Alles in allem: jederzeit wieder und empfehlenswert.
