Kayla was very helpful and friendly while checking in. She communicated well with me on the processes for checking out and the refund policy for the deposit. My visit to Lubbock was work related, and the motel was within minutes of the civic center. Affordable and fairly quiet.

If you’re desperate and you’ve got no other options the room is functional but just barely. Thankfully the bedding was clean and no roaches. No fridge no chair for the desk. No ice available either. It’s an old Motel 6 actively being renovated.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Locals are charged $150 deposit and out of town are charged $80. $25 charge for late check out. Major Complaint! Staff came banging on my door at 9:30 am asking if I was cheaking out or staying over. 30 min. later maintenance came banging on my door to test the fire alarm. 5 min. later they smoke detector goes off. needless to say I had to check out at 10:00 didn't receive $25 for having to check out early!

The hotel was extremely dirty and unhygienic. The lobby had a strong cigarette smell, the property looked neglected, and the front desk receptionist was very rude. We did not feel comfortable or safe staying there, so we left and did not stay at the hotel at all. Despite this, they refused to refund our money. Based on the condition of the property, I seriously question whether it meets proper health and cleanliness standards. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Terrible experience with a room infested with roaches all over the place. Roach eggs, babies and bed bugs on the walls, shower/sink, under the bed, walls and relocated to my clothing, luggage, inside my laptop and even crawling on me while laying down. Will never stay in this location ever again…I expect a full refund and deposit back immediately!

The room was dirty, the stairs all over were in various states of disrepair. I barely felt comfortable sleeping there and wore shower shoes in the bathtub due to its cleanlieness. The website did not disclose i would have to pay a deposit, and I still havent been refunded the deposit yet. So im out $80 for an unknown amount of time.

I hope that this comes to well and correction be given isn’t to put you down or to do anything like that, but to be better I’d always wanna be better in my life. This place was the worst place I’ve seen in my life. I booked through the app and I shouldn’t have to put a deposit because I booked the app and they still made me a deposit saying that that it says it on the app that they’re supposed to and it does not read it several times. And we did not have a remote in our in our room for the TV cool not the biggest deal ever we didn’t have a shower curtain and we got a shower curtain in the next day, but didn’t get the remote which was asked for, and they were nothing but cockroaches All in the room a lot of cockroaches. I tried to get my money back to leave and they would not give it back to me, so just decide to stay yes I get it but I think you could do better. This morning before checkout at 9 AM they’re banging on everybody’s door waking them up luckily I was already awake or I’ve been one upset man so yeah, maybe we can do things a little bit different. They’re not bad rooms. Just your staff could take a change and so can other things I give it a zero on a scale from one to 10 that’s how bad it was.
